Looks like Coach Hallet is doing well in the Sunshine State!
National Champions - 13: 1993, 1996, 1997, 1998, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2005, 2006, 2008, 2012, 2015, 2017

Coach Paul get's brothers from Land 'O Lakes, FL to head to Ada:

Jason and Justin Tello "sign" with Ohio Northern

I've seen them play a few times the past couple of years.  They played on one of the better teams in my county (Drew Weatherford (former QB at FSU went there)).  Their school has been to the playoffs 14 years in a row.  Good pickup for Coach Paul.

These guys aren't digging deep enough till I see some Muck Bowl prospects from Pahokee or Belle Glade Glades Central. I seem to remember a Belle Glade kid committing to Mount but don't know if he ever got to school.

We've got a player on our HS team who has cousins who live in Belle Glades.  He has gone to visit them, but has never caught one of those rabbits.

You really need to visit Belle Glade, it's like a third world country with dogs and chickens running in the streets. I don't know about the truth of that "running down rabbits" legend that came out of "Friday Nights in America".

A tip of the Moggy Hat to Purple Suit for saving me all the cutting pasting from Lenny's email.

ESPN Ran a story about it a few years ago.  I read it in ESPN the Mag, but you can see it here:

The QB signing from Eds might be the biggest in D3. This young man and the running back from Ursiline won the state championship for their teams, congrats. Find it really sad that BW cant sign a QB in their own backyard.

I've seen some of Snell's recruits but it appears he still isn't understanding that phase of football where you have the ball and you need guys to score

More Don Montgomery football, if we don't give up any points we can't lose

Based on that list from Purple Suit, I guess Coach Kehres wasn't joking in the press conference after last year's Stagg, he is taking this 2- game streak serious.
Is the recruiting season always this active for Mount?

Click to watch I think I'll be at EVERY JV game this fall
I am not sure you will have to attend the JV games to see this kid play this year.  My favorite play was when they had the ball on about the 10 and he hadn't even broken the iline fo scrimmage and one of the lineman raised his hands signalling TD.
