Raider 68

Does Jeremy Murray rush for 200+ yards vs. Wilma this Saturday? :) ;D :)

A better question would be, does Murray play long enough to get 200 yards?

I'd say no, do not want to get any key players hurt for the ONU game

I thought about that after I asked the question! Will be several players getting PT! :)

wilmington game good one for second and third teams

I'm hoping we return to the days when the first string played through the first series after the half. Not sure risking injuries is more of a concern than getting this offense hitting on all cylinders. Last week and this week are to iron out any question marks and be ready for the more challenging games ahead. Anyway, I think Jeremey can cruise to 200 in the first half.

I'm with 70's: Murray gets 200 in the first half.
12-0 = 13

Footballrescueme....this may sound trite, but there is a reward in the afterlife for staying on the team. One can brag about being on a great team and being coached by the most successful college football coach in the history of the United States. Who will really know if he says he played? I go to Federal courts all over and when I mention Mount Union,I am asked if I played football or know LK? Many a settlement has been fertilized with my BS. He will always be friends with the guys who stuck it out, cheered on the sidelines, and were part of the team. I ended my career on the bench, having been beaten deep, but who knows that? The friends I made are still my friends. Some of the worst football players turned out to be some of the most successful graduates,a fact not lost on the administration. Enjoy it. It goes too fast. He will always be a Purple Raider, starter or scrub, and football teammates are teammates for life.

Sadly, FootballRescueMe won't see those words.  He delisted days ago.

This from Peter King on CNNSI.com:

"For his first NFL start, Blaine Gabbert will have these wideouts to throw to, keeping in mind that all six may not be active: Mike Thomas, Jason Hill, Jarett Dillard, Cecil Shorts, Chastin West, Kassim Osgood. (I really like Shorts' potential, by the way. Fast, shifty, good hands; from being in Jacksonville in August, I know how much the staff and scouts love the fourth-round pick from Mount Union, the latter-day Pierre Garcon.)..."

Shoot Doc.....as Coach H has said, the Streaks are as good if not better than the Vikes..it's all about who they played when.  I think Jr. will want to battle and make sure he outgains Blasiole.  That's a battle that I am looking forward to in the coming years.

HSC...even in my best wing eating days I never topped 225.  Currently weighing in at a svelte..ummm.....200?  (Not sure...can't see the scale).   ;D

Good.  You'll have plenty of room for beer and wings come playoff time with SF (and probably his lady) in town..

Sweet.  You're bringing Reality Check with you?

OUCH.  Harsh words.  Considering your domestic partnership with Ric, you sure are spitting venom.  I mean you two were the originally Bert and Ernie and you're throwing stones???  Besides, SF is putting all the closet-talk behind him and pretending to be into girls again.

If we can talk about North Canton then we can talk about Combs HS in Arizona...

We don't have much to be excited about so far in an 0-4 season (our opponents have a combined 30-10 overall record on the year) out here in AZ but I was pretty happy that the fake punt I put in this week was good for 6.  Check it out.
