Now that Pierre has signed, and Fletcher has re-signed with 'Skins, my Washington-fan son [arg!] asked if any other pro team ever had two OAC alums on their rosters.  I told him "no".  If I am wrong, please let me know so that he will continue to believe that I am omniscient!

The only other possible combo I can think of is maybe Ballard and Fletcher, but I don't think they were ever on the same team.

EDIT:  I forgot, in Preseason last year Cecil Shorts III and Kyle Miller were on the Jaguars.  Not only two from the OAC, but two from the same team.

reality check

Rob Adamson was once hanging out in Indy at the Combine and Pierre played for Indy so that almost counts too.  I can't remember.  Did Adamson get to go to a camp with the Colts?

I thought Adamson signed with the Panthers, which I think would have put him in camp with Jamal Robertson.  Not sure if he went to camp with the Colts

Ken Anderson was in the league for many years and I imagine he could have had a d3er on a roster with him....

I forgot Rob spent time with the Panthers.  I have his Chargers rookie card.

Mount with a night game at Marietta?  Should be interesting, I can't seem to remember any lights but they must have them

Nope. It's all part of a sinister plot against the Mighty Raiders - make em play in the dark! ;D While Etta may not score, they think that this tactic will prevent Mount from hitting 35 by half time.

if anyone needs their football fix or is interested in mysterious quarterback prospects, Mount's spring game is tomorrow at 8:00 pm

I was under the impression that DIII schools didn't play spring games.  I thought they can't even wear pads or have contact?

I'm not sure but I think they just do a 7v7 type spring game with no pads.

PurpleSuit,

Any word on how the spring game went in terms of those players who stood out? :)
