For those of you who played college ball, is it that hard to spot a football? From the stands it looks simple.

Obviously it's a lot harder than it looks. ::)   That crew was horrible.  Glad it had zero impact on the outcome.

Nice win today for H'Berg.  If they play well next week, they'll beat BW by 20.
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Musky beats Cap 13-6 in OT.  Cap now 1-8, Musky 2-7.  Cap has guaranteed their worst season this century and a program that averaged over 7 wins per season since 01 is officially (and sadly) back to the bottom.  Only a loss to Wilm next week and a straight out last place finish can be a worse ending in Bexley.  Even worse, it didn't look like they had much young talent at all aside from Hardy at RB.  Somewhere JK is shaking his head.

^ how true.  Simply crazy how bad Capital has become since they changed Presidents which prompted Jim Collins to leave.  It hasn't been that long since they were best team Mount would play in back to back Championship seasons.  Now they're just plain bad.

Pick-Em results are posted.  Bashbrother led the way this week as most players did well.

With one week to go in the regular season, there is a tight group at the top ... it's anyone's race!

I had a chance to catch berg today. They sure looked good. After a slow start they sure turned it on. I am more impressed now with Mt. after watching the student princes play then I was when I saw the raiders beat marietta and otterbein. Had a great time at a really nice little stadium. Met a lot of great folks from both Heidelberg and John Carroll. I can cross one more school off my list of colleges that play varsity football in ohio I haven't visited. Heidelberg was one of my best experiences.  Now the question I need to ask and sorry if this has been addressed before but is there any chance of Heidelberg hosting in the playoffs? I tend to think not myself. As much as I like watching a game there(standing up on the hill was fun) it just seems too small when it comes to seating. I don't know what the ncaa looks for when it picks sites other then the strongest team so maybe someone else has some idea if it is possible. Maybe Berg could host a game but at the other stadium.

Welcome to the board. Your first post is some great 20-20 hindsight. Next time let's see your upset picks in writing before the game and you can brag.  ;)

Raider 68

I was able to listen to the BW broadcasters for a quarter then watched the live stats, and I agree with HSCoach that if Heidelberg plays well they will handle BW.

The Raiders came out of the gate slow, but really got it going again. The defense was strong again and Lattimore finally had a very good game. Now it is one more at JCU, (Not sure why they are playing a night game) and get ready for the playoffs. D3 football has it right again, since it looks like the Raiders are east again! :)

trying to figure out who made my picks ;), only 5 points, that was ugly.

Berg moves up 5 spots to #13 in this week's poll.  In addition, with North Central and Wabash losing Berg should also move up from their #6 spot in the regional rankings.  I'd have to think this weekend helped their chances of hosting round 1 if they beat BW.

bushman

The berg should have all the motivation to win and bw should be down with nothing on the line.  Berg should win going away.

Will  two loss W & J make the playoffs if they beat Waynesburg this week?  That would be really something with all that team has gone through..

Yes, that is a winner-take-all game.
