A few more stats now on the defensive side.

Scoring  Defense - MUC
Yards Allowed - Game - MUC
Yards Allowed/Play - MUC
Rush TDs - MUC
Rushing Yard/Play - MUC
Passing Yards Play _MUC
Passing TD's Allowed - MUC
Fumbles caused and Recovered - WW
INT's - WW
Sacks - MUC

So other than turnovers we also dominate these stats as well.  OF course stats mean nothing on Saturday.  They caused 3 turnovers for ever 2 we caused.  We committed two more turnovers than they did.  

MCU wins the defensive stats.    So did St.John's.  Ranked 3rd in the nation at the time they played WW.    How did that work for them?

I didn't say it would.  I do think however that MUC will play even with WW and that the only reason St. John's didn't was turnovers got the momentum against them and got a snowball rolling downhill as sometimes happens.

Your QB completed 52+% of his passes for the 14 games.
To break that down, he connected on 61% of his passes in the 3 pre-conference games, 53% in the 7 conference games and 45.6% in the 4 post-season tournie games. We can tell by the stats (10 sacks) that he has an excellent
OL protecting him. We also know you have an excellent running attack, so you're not one-dimensional. He has targets that we're told can run so fast our CB's won't be able to cover or see them.
Why is it he's only completing 45.6% of his passes in the post-season?

 In our continuing effort to stay off the subject, I stumpled across where the game ball from this years Mount-JCU game (score not mentioned in order to not rehash painfull memories for some OAC'ers), autographed by the greatest living coach in college football (LK) sold for 640 dollars on the AFCA Hurricane Relief auction. I never realized that was our 600th win.

Man that number seemed far away in my day when we were scheduling Hiram for Homecoming so we could beat somebody.

You'd have a hard time connecting on your passes too if you couldn't even see your target.  He's apparently throwing towards blurs so near 50% is a great percentage.  It's like trying to hit an F-16 with a water balloon at supersonic speeds.

Sorry to hear Barry Gordy turned you down but I know a guy who knows a guy who knows a guy who can call a guy...what do ya think? Only bad thing is your tunes are seasonal so we'll have to market heavy during December. What's your marketing budget?
