Listening to Ric and Mark but watching Linfield-Widener game.  What a stitch ,,, both teams have had two possessions already, all within the Widener 20, and no points!

Watching the Mount game. It is tied and I will give JCU credit for coming back. However, KB seems off so far. Had Meacham open down field and over threw him. But the WRs for Mount have not really helped him much. Sherm with a big drop. Mount has had short fields in the 2nd qtr but they have not scored.

And as I post that KB hits Sherm for a TD. I am going to continue posting critical comments about Mount and see if it continues to work that way.  21-14 Mount.

Myers just hit Howell on an 80yd TD. I see a problem with the DBs. Myers should have been sacked - and the DB stopped. However, he got out of the presure and Howell kept running downfield. Suprised to see the DB stop and then move back toward the line-of-scrimmage.

I agree. DBs head was not turned and he literally ran over the WR falling in the endzone. I hate PI penalties cause I think they favor the offense more (and I am a former defensive guy) - but that should have been called.

I was at all 4 of those games between Mount and ONU and I remember at least a couple of them being very tight at the half. ONU might have even had the lead in one of them. But the third quarter rolled around and Mount found another gear. I think halftime adjustments were not something LK found himself needing to do on most weeks but when it was necessary, that was a a area where he set himself apart from the rest of the field.

The halftime adjustments are what concerns me with VK. LK has a portfolio of successful ones (the Stagg games with Rowan especially, and the previously mentioned ones as well). JCU made the adjustments last time, and last year, and Mount really didn't. I hope Mount rolls and takes adjustments out of the equation.

I'm sure that they haven't started locking Larry out of the locker room at halftime.

I hope Larry got into the locker room cause this one is close.

Wartburg up on UWW 16-6 in the 2nd. Mount just tried and failed an onside kick to start the 2nd half. If it had not have worked for the Saints in the Super Bowl....

Real bad feeling abou this. Mount looks down. No emotion from the offense on lat series. JCU has a real short field.

You should not be surprised desertraider.  Unfortunately, that seems to have become the norm in DIII officiating the past 3-4 years in countless games.

Raiders get a safety on a bad snap! Nice. 30-21. Someone enlighten me. The screen plays to WRs and middle screens have not worked for JCU at all. So why do they keep doing it? Just had to punt from back of endzone as a result of a blown middle screen on 3rd and 20(ish).
