Un-freaking-believable!  Never saw this coming.

Are you willing to take credit for assisting me with this week's spread?   ::)

Mount up 49 to 0 in the second, I have to agree with HSCoach that Mount Union is pouring it on.

Mount should try for 100.

After what happened last year against Wesley, it is no surprise that UMU is still pushing the gas pedal.  But 100 would be rather unsporting; I suspect they'll ease up if they get up any further than they already are.

VK just said when asked what does he tell his team at half: We have to keep our foot on the gas in the 2nd half.

That was one of the best halves of defensive football I've seen from Mount in quite a while.  Very impressive stuff all around from those guys.  Koudossou is going to end up with good stats, but they contained him very well until this thing was out of hand.

56-0.  This ball game is over just in time for the festivities here to start.  Good timing fellas.

See you all in Salem on Friday.
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Nope.  You're on your own.   Guess I retired just in time.

Does Mount have a backup QB? Be a shame to lose your strarter in a game like this. All it takes is one freak incident...just saying.   :o

That's fine as long as it is mainly with 2nd stringers.  It would be a shame at this point to lose a key player, or for subs to be rusty if a key player goes down early next week.

How close is Scott to 1,000 yards receiving on the season?

They do...but they are the guys catching the passes.

Peyakov will be in soon I'd hope.

He had 887 coming into today.  So he's over 1000 and now has double digit TD's with 11.

If wesley can score 32 points, and Mount doesn't score anymore - then my Mount by 38 will be correct. Who knew?

No, no, come on now, don't go down that road.  That would not be right nor do I believe VK would purposely even try for it let alone even consider it. I hope you are joking, although you did not put in a face symbol to suggest that, inadvertent slip, I hope.  If it happens, hopefully it would be with the 2nd and 3rd string players who would simply be running the offense and trying their best.

Wow, I, too, did not expect this.  Mount Union is really steamrolling now and whoever they face in the Stagg Bowl next week, I believe it will be a great game. It seems the last few weeks they have decided they want to play like they really can and have the top tier talent to do so.  Too bad for Wesley, they just can't seem to break against Mount Union.  In the semifinals, unfortunately, they are becoming like Rowan in the Stagg, Buffalo Bills and Minnesota Vikings in the Super Bowl.  A good season for them nonetheless.
