Nice find. I watch anything I can right now to fill in my football void.

I noticed in the Kickoff, they didn't mention Jamal Johnson, but they did mention Dwayne Aaron. Johnson is on the roster, does anyone know if he is not playing? He ran for 580 and 6 TDs last season. Just thought it was odd mentioning one without the other after Mitchell and Nemeth.

It looks like Scott will be the QB, unless he becomes ineffective throwing, but who do you all think starts when they go 3-4 wide?
1. Namdar
2. Kennedy
3. Ruth?
4.?

Any news on other players stepping up? Just curious

I noticed the omission of Johnson as well, but I didn't read much into it.  He's on the roster and you can see him in that video  (#27 catching a pass like 5 sec in).  I liked what he showed last year so hopefully he gets some more carries this year.

On the WR I'd say Hargrove is that 4th guy based on last year.  They did additionally mention soph. Octavion Wilson in Kickoff though.  I wouldn't be surprised to see them kind of shuttle guys in at WR for the spots other than Namdar's.

Agree on Hargrove as a number 4. I think the Raiders will run the 2 back offense a lot with Mitchell and Nemeth this fall.

I can only hope someone on the coaching staff finally wakes up and uses Logan Nemeth as more than a second thought in their game plans this year. I have been following him for the past three years and he remains in my opinion the best back we have had. I have no idea why he has not been used more. All he does is gain nice chunks of yardage when he is in the game. In last years Stagg Bowl do you think he could have helped the Raiders with ball control? He had 90 yards as I recall and the UWW held a 40 min to 20min differential in time of possession over the Raiders. That stat blew me away.... they can't score if they don't have the ball.....Of course four INT's didn't help matters any.  STOP WAISTING LOGAN NEMETH! >:(
WELCOME TO THE MACHINE!

Excellent point! What I noticed regarding the stats in time of possession is the fact Mount Union had a 50/50 split on time with the ball or, in some cases, had less than 50% time possession and still won. My suggestion would be to keep the high powered offense going for three quarters and then work time of possession in the fourth quarter during the regular season. This means using a power runner (Logan Nemeth) and the big fellas on the O-line and just use the clock up and get that experience for the playoffs.

I can tell you the players are working their tails off. I think they are doing everything they can to excel. For Offensive Linemen, its working on the technical aspects (hand placement, foot positioning, foot speed, striking power and placement, getting to the next level of blocking on every play, etc.).  I think the sophomore offensive lineman are going to have a big impact this year because there are at least 10 of them. That's the most of any one year in the program now.

Scrimmage day.  I'm bummed I was unable to make it to Alliance this morning for it.  Hopefully some folks are attending and can share their thoughts later.  I feel like someone (Raiderpa?) usually goes to the home ones and gives a summary.
