Well this seems fishy.  :P

Purplesuit gone.......convictsuit arrives.  Where the hell is Matlock when we need him?

I actually do miss Purplesuit posting.  I understand that is probably not an opinion shared by most, but as I've said before he was the straw that stirred the drink on the OAC board to a certain extent.  His posts, while sometimes borderline, were usually good catalysts to spur some chatter on here.  And they definitely riled up opposition posters a little and what's the harm in that?  I think almost everyone on the North boards (along with the other "regulars" here like UWW guys) take it all with a grain of salt.

I don't think you will, either.

Pat, you have a bad habit of responding to long-gone posts without quoting the post.  I have no clue what this post was responding to.

I was replying to the immediately previous post, Mr. Y.

Those are just the posts that remained on the board.

Considering he ran far away after every Stagg Bowl UMU lost after claiming victory would be easy. Basically dished it out but when there was a loss he wouldn't show his face until he safely could next season. He can stay away and have his own fun lol

True.  I imagine there were some doozies that were deleted.  When he headed down the JCU off-the-field issues path you probably had to keep your finger on the big red button!

And convictsuit magically disappeared.  ;D Matlock must have solved the case quickly.

I appreciated purplesuit.
I hope all is well w him.

That's ok Emma, thank goodness we still have you to keep us all on the straight and narrow.  Long live NCC!

Now that right there is funny.  ;)

Emma, you ever take advantage of the concussion testing the NCAA has been offering?  ;)

Call me a party pooper, but I don't miss him one bit.   Or 70's for that matter either.
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Statistics are like bikinis; what they reveal is interesting, what they hide is essential.

I loved Kurt Rocco. He never saw the field until his senior year, and performed brilliantly. He rallied the Purples from a 28-7 hole against the Cheese Eaters in the Stagg and damned near pulled off the win. I'll never forget it. Of the "old" quarterbacks prior to Scott Wolff; I would say Larry Kehres and Bill Unger, Joe Toth (started as a freshman), and my personal favorite, Gary Frost.

Party Pooper! ;D

Actually, I agree with you on both suit and 70's, though they never particularly bothered me - they were just noise.

I haven't heard that name for quite a while.  Gary Frost was quite good.  Ed Warriner was a good athlete but probably wasn't suited to be QB, and did very well when moved to RB.

Hey all, I am hoping for a good game this Saturday.  As usual, I will be meeting Skunksidekick for breakfast at Panchos.  Then I will be wearng the #13 jersey at the game.  do I think Wesley can win, 10% chance, but that is enough for me to drive 6 hours to see what happens.  Yep, I am crazy, but oh well what else am i going to do no a Saturday.

I don't have time to study for stuff like that.
NCC > all OAC minus Mt.

OK, it's barely Friday.

Please remember to get your OAC Playoff Pickem selections in.

[And I do miss 70's.]
