I think it's Poorman.  If LK was still HC I'd say Peyakov.  I think VK is a little bit more aggressive though.

I think LK would pick Poorman.

Dr. Acula,

Agree, but it was Coach L. Kehres who went to Florida to recruit him! :)

Larry flew to Florida to recruit Poorman and we know how much Larry hates to fly.

good to see a Massillon kid starting. First since BJ Payne? Danny Robison will be a big time player. kid is everywhere the ball is. driskill like...

BJ Payne? - Wasn't he that D-lineman from the 90's who on game days would paint his face like a clown? I guess he thought he was in the circus or something.  ;)

Peyakov =  Kurt Rocco. Classic pocket passer who only runs to extend plays. Not gonna be real good in the option game. Smart enough to trust with the ball. Might suffer more big hits though. I believe VK will choose whomever suits the talents of the 10 other players on offense best. Revamp or reload the offense? That is the big question considering Peyakov graduates and you have to adapt the Offense next year all over again. I hope they all get to showcase their talents this year.

As I stated earlier NCWs QB is a sophomore that throws picks when pressured. Got any ideas what the game plan might be? ;D The DBs had problems in 1 on1 coverage. HMMMM! I see lots of Offensive opportunities for UMU. Lets play the who;e traveling squad!

NCWs coach is a former OAC coach so he will know how to prepare his team. I still think it will be UMU with a 28 point margin.

ROLL EM OVER RAIDERS

The entire staff (except 2) is OAC. HC, both coordinators, and a couple position guys are Berg, Marietta, John Carroll, BW and I think the one had ties to Musky. Most of them played in OAC as well - the ones who didn't played at Wesley (last year) and 2 from Bridgewater. I would say this staff has seen its share of Mount over the years.

THATS THE GUY...............

skunks_sidekick

My guess is the senior gets the start, but the freshman gets the bulk of the playing time.

Not that I know anything...

Let's get this thing started!

Dr. Acula

I like the look for the opener.  White jerseys, purple pants, regular helmet.  The traditionalists should enjoy them.

There's black on the pants, sure you're ok with them?

I noticed that as well. While I don't love it (my fav is still the all purples circa Justin Stickley) I can live with it. It isn't Gray.

Im happy for cecil shorts getting picked up but am wondering why nobody is signing pierre garcon. Is he injured? Contract too big? Too mouthy? Surely hes not over the hill yet. Any inside info?
