Where will this game be played? Am I completely off my rocker or wouldn't JCU get the home game because they were an AQ?

I keep seeing this AQ thing pop up.  Am I missing something somewhere that tells us that this is a factor?  I don't think this is a factor.  UWO should host the game.

Only because I did not think head-to-head in playoff hosting

Hard to justify UWO not hosting this one. I mean the head to head thing. But the higher seed should host regardless of anything - and if they are both the #2 seed, isn't it the higher seeded Region (or is that the way it used to be done?). I think jcu (I will capitalize this if they make it to Salem) should travel back to Wisconsin.

On the Raiders................wow. Sensory overload - must think about it a bit more.

In this case, with two #2's facing off, does the site of the National Semifinal depend on which Bracket/Region was seeded higher?

It's supposed to be ESPN 3. Coaches will also have challenges if they feel the need to review since they will have many camera angles. I'm cautiously optimistic about the Raiders. I keep telling myself that all you have to do is score one more point than your opponent. Doesn't matter if it's 7-6 or 62-6. I'm happy that we're still playing and I do think they're learning as well. I think our offense can score, we just have to find a way to stop them more times than not. Go Ders!

Just looking at the teams in the brackets, it appears to me that the Oshkosh bracket had higher ranked teams as a whole, and if it comes to  2 versus 2, and strength of bracket is the decider, I would guess that JCU will be traveling.  I hope not, as I would like to attend the game,
Mount will definitely travel to Belton Texas.
Again these are my thoughts and I do not have any numbers to back it up.
Would like to get Pat and/or Keith's take on where JCU and Oshkosh will play.

Watching the JCU/UWW game, in addition to enjoying the high production quality, I enjoyed listening to their broadcasting team.  Fans, but not "homers".  I believe it was the color guy who was effusive in his praise for the Blue Streaks for beating the two most elite programs in the same year.

How elite? ... those two teams won 17 of the last 20 Stagg Bowls.

Watch it on a computer at WatchESPN.
12-0 = 13

Congrats to the Blue Streaks for a great road win!

The Raiders have won 9 road games and they have a good shot at UMHB, IMHO :)

I believe they're actually the 1 seed.

Just looking at the bracket, usually the #1 is at the very bottom (JHU) on the lower half of the bracket.  Alfred is at the same place JCU is in the bracket, and we know JCU is the #2.

They were the 1 seed. The NCAA drew up the bracket incorrectly.

May the injuries be light.
May the battle next week be one for the ages.
May Coach K show that 2004 TD by the 27 year old guy over and over again

The game-winner was caught by the tight end, not the wide receiver. You still have an axe to grind over that guy?

Pat, you are having way too much fun here at the OAC.  What about the rest of your domain?   ;)
