Kent State does not renew head football coach.  How about Chris Kappas??

IDK. Having sat around listening to fans talk last week at thee brunch and then the game...they may be able to entice a guy a little higher up on the coaching chart.

I do believe that MAC jobs are considered higher on the pecking order than they once were, and are now seen as excellent stepping stones to major jobs.  PJ Fleck and Matt Campbell are testaments to that.

KSU job is for those seeking their first head coacing job. It will add to a resume but kill your reputation at the same time. Anybody remember LK taking in a certain KSU coach after a nonrenewal? Hes now an NFL position coach.  The moral of the story is a KSU firing is not necessarily a bad thing. Better days HAVE to be ahead.

I have not really watched any Case games. But from reading...I am inclined to agree. The weather looks good so at least Mount will have the passing game as an option this week.
