When Kuhn played in the "Big 33" his college choice was listed as West Virginia.     Has he changed his mind?

An article in the Canton paper prior to that game certainly led readers to believe he was leaning in WVs direction. He said that game and how he thought he matched up against those future D1 recruits was going to determine his school.  Haven't seen nor heard anything about him since the game.

There are so many rumors floating around Stark County on where Kuhn is going, that I don't have the patience to type them all.   I've heard everything from walking on at OSU to not playing college ball at all.  In short, no one knows where Kuhn is going at this point.  Maybe not even Drew himself.

I am confident in one thing though, the longer this goes on the more likely it is that he'll end up at Mount.  If you were heading out of state without any schooly $ attached, you have to have somethings planned out in advance.  And those things don't seem to be lined up at this point from the folks I know.  So if I had to venture a guess, it's about 70-30 that he'll be at MUC this fall.

I just hope wherever he goes, that he approaches it full tilt as college football isn't the nice little game it is in high school.  It's a meat grinder that easily chew up someone not 100% committed to it.  I've seen too many ex-high school studs that could have played at the D3 level bounce out of summer camp because they weren't really committed to doing it.  As we all know, it's a lot more than just being big and fast enough.  It's often what's between the ears that makes the difference.
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

An all time low. I just came to the North board and the OAC was at the bottom, listed last. So I had to post something.
Four home games and one of them is The Berg--that can't be a good omen.

I'd rather focus on the fact that the only OAC team with a winning record last year that MUC plays on the road in '06 is Otterbein as ONU, Capital and JCU all come to Alliance.   I'll take 4 home games every year if you could guarantee the 3 biggest games would be at home.

Why did the schedule change this year?  I think the only winning team Cap has at home this year is Otterbein.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the schedule changes every four years.

Correct a JCU man? Never! But I must admit I thought the schedule rotated every 2 years.

When will we see you on ESPN?

High School kids are beginning to report for conditioning and our Youth Football camp is next week. It won't be long now. ;D
Same as it ever was...same as it ever was...same as it ever was...

You're right about the schedule, my mistake.

Is the server to the OAC board broken? Were is everybodybodybodybodybodybodybodybody??????

Is anyone out theretheretheretheretheretheretherethere???????

No news on Drew Kuhnkuhnkunhkuhnkuhnkuhnkuhn????

That seemed to be the major topic of conversation.

All star games completed and only a couple of weeks to go till camp.

I think a four game home schedule sucks no matter who is on it. But maybe that will give the fence sitters some incentive to come out and show some spirit again if they know they only have a few chances in the sun to be fans before the weather turns OHIO.

Hey, at least drop by the D3Home Page and vote for either  Jorris or Pentello. :-*

Pentello (second-team All-OAC) was our third QB and Jorris (unlisted in All-OAC) No. 4 in our deliberations.

Which has always left me wondering how the #5 rated QB in the country that leads his team to the National Championship is not even mentioned in the OAC stats. He beat both of the ranked QB's in head to head games and season stats too.
Jorris #5 National
Quirk #7 National
Phillips #14 National and #1 OAC Lost 70-0 score to MUC.
Pentello #28 National and #2 OAC Beaten twice in the season by MUC.
What did I miss? I know, I know I am a little predjudice but still?
He is not the whole team and it is a team effort but he also now holds a Stagg Bowl record for the highest % of completions.

And Adam Quirk leads his team over MUC, ranks #7 in the nation and manages only honorable mention.
He deserves at least that too!

A lot of talent in the old OAC.

This is preseason too.

Maybe an injury free season for Garcon will get him post-season accolades.
