Don.t make mount union college  Purple Raider Coach Larry Kehres MAD  --if u do ----he will simply spank you all 70-0 like he did Toph,s team --john carroll u. Kehres is like smuckers jelly of "orville ohio: simply the best--------------like kehres has lost like 19 games in 19 years and has won like 219 and seven stagg bowls-------------------nothing esle needs to be said---------------KEHRES SIMPLY THE BEST LIKE SMUCKERS JELLY----YOU heard this from stoonk.!

Toph

I tried this all last season, but now I'm honestly begging you:

I can't respond to your argument if I can't tell what your argument is.  PLEASE type so that I can understand what it is you're trying to say!!!

What I can get from that post is that you think that JCU made LK "mad" in some way, if you could shed a little light on that subject, please.

Also, to satisfy my own curiosity, how many of those Stagg Bowls did you attend, since you seem to be the number one bandwagoner...I mean, fan of mighty Mount Union?

Pat Coleman

He's got no idea. He's 2,000 miles away from Alliance and only shows up and spouts nonsense every couple months.

Toph: I believe that paohca was also saying Larry Kehres tasted good with peanut butter.

Sounds like he knows about the MUC program from what is talked about on this very sounding board.

Is this the drivel runyr was talking about yesterday??

Reality Check,

Did you happen to hear about the Badin/CJ contest from this past Friday night?  Seems as though the Eagles are down a bit, and Badin was up by 2 scores with 4 minutes left to go in the game---they then threw a pick-six and the defense gave up a rushing TD to lose the game.  Coach Place even said he felt really bad for the Badin kids because they played so well, and he felt like they "stole" the game.

Badin's 17 game losing streak in the GCL continues.....I never thought I'd see the day when we are talking about a 17 game losing streak for the Rams...

ruttrow,
Do I have this right?  Carroll players spend the whole game last Saturday wearing contacts that caused too bright light and comet-effect?  That's the excuse?  Nobody considered possibly taking out the contacts when they couldn't see with them?  Maybe somebody ought to analyze the water supply in University Heights.

Please do not take Doeder seriously, he has a problem with reality.

runyr- obviously no one want to come out of the game so they did the best they could. at a huge disadvantage.

Pat my other account has the wrong email address. if you would like to change that or send the password to my listed email i would love to use it.

2000 miles from Alliance would be too close.

I am offended by your comment that I spew drivel. I could argue anyone on this board any topic they would like and win...i just choose to dig deeper and find the info no one has.

so just to review... muc did not win, JCU lost.  The purple raiders are in a bad position and will probably make the playoffs off of their rep, but will lose to a solid fundamental team again.
oh and alliance stinks.

Yeah I read about the game.  I thought about chiming in and seeing what you thought.  My dad was actually at the game and left with five minutes to go so I thoght that was rather funny.  I guess he came home, heard about the turn of events and tried to act as though it didn't bug him that he missed it but I know he was mad that he made the mistake of leaving and just too proud to admit it.

CJ is a bitdown this year.  They are small.  I noticed that at the Carroll game.  I was on the field in pre-game and felt like a giant out there.  There might have  been two kids out there legitimately bigger than me at 6-2, 240.  They have some athletic WR's with hands of steel.  If they could catch the passes that are thrown, it would be a different story but I saw about a dozen drops in the Carroll game myself.

Kirasdad

I was not aware that Doeder had a problem with me.

to be made official today....Ohio Northern will be banned from post-season play for the 2005 season by the NCAA for the incident two years ago with coach Kazcowski. Supposedly will still be under suspention from that incident. How can it be, that the NCAA decides to keep one of the best teams in the country, out of the freakin playoffs, for something that happened over two years ago? Why punish a team of guys that have worked so hard, and come so far?? Something is seriously wrong with this, and I am astounded. I have no more words to describe my emotions over this rediculous turn of events. this is a joke.

Bill McCabe

Polarbearman,  Are you certain that is going to happen?  You will have to excuse my lack of knowledge, as I'm from Texas.  I agree with you that this does not seem fair.  Can you share what happened?

Wow! Anything to document this. I cetainly hope its not true but it wouldn't surprise me with the NCAA :(. I have never liked current players and coaches paying for the past sins of others!
There are other ways to extract punishment then to deny kids the opportunity to play with the goal of winning a national championship.

I know prior to home games that start in the afternoon that Mount has a pre-game brunch. Do they have anything like this prior to this Saturday's night game against the Otterbein?

Bill M and Shark:
That indeed is unfortunate and not fair if it is true.  However, you should know by precedent that the NCAA policies are pretty much set in stone in situations like these at all the divisions and are definately not always fair.  Past sins by former players and coaches penalize innocent future players (just ask the basketball players at U of M about that regarding the jerk actions and subsequent criminal behavior of Chris Webber and his cronies who got away with it. >:(  and  :()

Sorry to hear that if it is true.....its a shame.

So if this is true....how will ONU players respond for the rest of the year?  Any thoughts?
