Theoretically possible but not the person to whom I am referring.

For the moment, you don't get the one hundred trillion bazillion gazillion dollars.

There's a dorm by that name at one of the other dutch schools in Iowa too.

Central is crushing Wartburg at halftime 42 -14.  Not much defense being played at Pella, IA today. Both teams have combined for almost 750 total yards at the half.

For one hundred trillion bazillion gazillion dollars, name the long-time Mount Union College professor who wrote his master's thesis - or was it his doctoral thesis? - on Pella, IA.

Dr. Dick Doyle, Proffessor of History. Right?  ???

Does anyone know what the Mount Union Team Hotel was for the Stagg Bowl last year?

AND...it keeps the back-up from transferring to Walsh or UMHB.

Plunk looks good. Not good for a back-up. He looks more comfortable and confident at this point in his career than others have looked as Juniors. Not saying he is going to be on the Mount Rushmore - but I feel like making plans for the Stagg Bowl in Canton is not wishful thinking.

Though I like the fact that Plunk is getting extensive playing time, Davis and Poorman didn't transfer because of lack of playing time.  They transferred because they were  the same class as Fulford and had little shot at first string EVER barring injury.  Plunk could play just the last three minutes of every game and still know he's the favorite to lead Mount Union the next three YEARS.

Also true, but that means the first guy behind Plunk would be looking up at him for 3 years, as well, and that might be enough to eventually transfer. Taurice Scott and Roman Namdar deserve some kudos for having no problem sitting behind, then playing receiver for, Burke. Even between classmates, getting them live-fire reps with the game still in doubt (admittedly stretching the term a bit) might be enough to show a player that the coaches are fully-vested in their development, because you never know when the starter might take an awkward hit (or lose a contact, lol) and need to sit for a play, a series, or a game.

I always wondered how could namdar coulda been had he gotten a chance to start.

Well the nice thing is , atleast regular season the back up qb is gonna get a decent amount of reps each game. So it’s not like he’s just gonna be a fixture on the sideline. I’m really surprised all these years we’ve never really had a semi big name qb transfer.

Im confused by the comment, big name transferring in to Mount or away from Mount. Also Rob Adamson was a transfer?

Rob transferred out because he got impatient.   And then transferred back in.  Odd story.

Anyway If we're talking transfers out, wouldn't Luke Poorman be an obvious example

If we're talking transfers in...Jim Ballard. He didnt have too bad of a career. Left a bit of a mark on the program.
