70's:  Come on.  You've got to be kidding me!  No hate intended for Jorris, but if Ballard and Arth could barely hang around a NFL practice squad, how do you think Mike's going to make it?

rscl70:  You've hit it right on the head.  I love watching Garcon block.  For those that missed the recent Otter game, he must have had 10+ pancake blocks on Otterbein defensive backs.  Love seeing the skill people play nasty.
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Statistics are like bikinis; what they reveal is interesting, what they hide is essential.

It's scary that Pierre has another year.

Never said he'd make it or even get invited to camp, just that he has more of the things Pro's look for than a Pentello. I just want to know what he has to do to impress you? He's poised, consistent, intelligent and possesses a pretty fair arm for a D3'er. Guess it's all just talk till the ONU or Capital games. Now can ya lay off the smite button?

He actually has a cannon for an arm.  I saw him throw repeatedly 70+ yards playing catch during my last visit to Alliance.

The fact that Mike Halletts ring was stolen and then listed for sale on ebay made me hope that Lydell Ross might be in the same situation. But I  dont think so, because his gold pants for beating Meeeesheeegun are listed also. Oh well, I hope the winning bidder turns out to be the same dancer  from the Columbus strip club he had problems with. Wouldnt it be funny if his Paypal account was filled with counterfit "FUNNY MONEY" from the same club?

For clarification...
The 70+ yards was in shorts and a t-shirt...not pads.

Still a strong arm on any collegiate level and for my vote... the QB I would most want to have leading the Mount Union offense this season over anyone else in the OAC.

I have actually seen Lewis' and Stickley's name on a pro scouting list, Lewis as an OT and Stickley as an OLB. I found that kind of interesting.

If Jorris could throw 70+ yards, why wouldn't they do it with Garcon as WR??  I have seen him & there is a lot of times Garcon is waiting for the ball b/c of Jorris's arm strength.  I am not knocking him, as his record as QB for MUC speaks for itself.  Also, add Pentello to the scouting list for Capital, as there were 2 scouts at last weekends game vs. Wilmington.  Jorris may have the height, but he doesn't come close to Pentello's arm strength.  Call me bias, but I think Pentello is the best in the OAC, and may have been since he was Frosh.  He just may be the best in the country for that matter!!

Of course, a 5th loss to MUC, I will probably eat crow for this post.....

not football related but how many people remember Ghoulardi aka Ernie Anderson from Cleveland in the 60's...

If Ghoulardi were on TV today, he'd be on cable and known in every household.
Any young teenager (like me then) in Cleveland who watched him never forgot him.  I saw his show almost every weekend and if I missed it for some reason, there were plenty of kids at school on Monday to who could go over everything that happened.
I've seen his son's movies too: Boogie Nights, Magnolia, Punch Drunk Love.  They're all a bit weird and not for everyone.  Magnolia is absolutely one of the weirdest large distribution movies ever made.  Some people hate it and some people love it.  The raining frogs scene was WEIRD.
Okay, 'nough about Ghoulardi and his progeny!
