I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Statistics are like bikinis; what they reveal is interesting, what they hide is essential.

What happened to ONU....

No offense.
And no depth.  At least not enough depth.  We've suffered some injuries and can't seem to make up for those losses where it counts.

Since this is Rocky's 5th time playing MUC, I think he knows he will need to scramble to avoid pressure.  If Cap has any chance to pull off the upset, it will be how Rocky handles the pressure when he is scrambling.  If he is able to make the plays w/out turning the ball over, it will be an exciting game in Alliance.  If he does not have any success making plays, or his receivers keep dropping balls, it will be a long day in Alliance.

RC, did Quirk get hurt, or did they just take him out of the game for lack of production??

It  will be fun to watch...I have enjoyed watching Pentello play the past ten years...He does make a game exciting and I expect he will have to make a few big plays while on the run for Cap to win.  I don't know how fast his receivers may be, but the Mount DB's are as quick as they have ever been...should be a great game
Hope both teams play to their potential...

i agree that the refs could do a better job, but i say that at EVERY game i ever go to, or watch on tv.  Mount is a machine, and i will always go to watch them play against bw just because its mount.  i think ric's thoughts were all right online, except for the fans.  only cause i was one of the people yelling at snell! haha.  i mean you can only run that qc option dive so many times before you realize its not working!  hedges had 25 carries for 44 yards...that is horrible!  i do agree that Gardner looked good and hopefully it wont spark some qb contraversy at bw, thats the last thing they need.  Garcon is on a different level than most in this league....i thought the defender was right with him, and then he was 5 steps in front just like that.  he is impressive.  but this was probably the best passing offense ive seen from bw in a long time!  receivers werent dropping passes and they were moving the sticks, very reminiscant of all the games ive seen between the two.  bw moves the ball but cant get the big play or get it close enough to score.

Quirk was taken out of the game after having thrown an INT deep in his own territory and then fumbling the snap on the first play of the following Polar Bear possession as I understand it.

I am told the substitution was not injury-related.

What are the chances of the CAP v. Mount game being showed state-wide on t.v? Come on ONN....make this the game of the week! :)

Sounds like a good plan to me!!  However, I know it is being televised via tape delay at 8 p.m. that evening on WIVM (TV52) digital channel 585 Canton and WIVN (TV29) New Philadelphia Warner cable 99.  STO is showing ONU at BW...that would be the next logical pick looking at this weekend's OAC schedule.

What's the chances of me getting a little booth time with you and RIC this weekend?  You know, a little guest visitor with some CU insight!

Maybe this should be our next OAC Poll question??  I vote slim to none...any other takers??  I am not sure someone with a -11 karma has the nads to ask something like this...and to think I sit on the same side with this guy every game...lol

tdubs

The karma thing is a little overrated...I was -7 last year...but I totally agree with you in not letting him be a guest. Let the talking be done on the field. Good luck to both teams.
