Anyone have an update on Ryan Renbarger's injury? Hope it not serious.

Nate likes big slow lineman, all the better to run around.

Ya, that is what all the Cru fans have been saying, can't believe how big and slow the Hawk's linemen are! ;)

How many yards rushing and passing did WWW give up to UMHB?

After this playoff run, if Greg Micheli doesn't win the Gagliardi Trophy then Wheaton took God home with them. ;)

A lot less than they usually get.
"UMHB, which came in to the game averaging 272 yards per game rushing, was limited to 125, on 42 carries, by the Warhawk defense which was ranked fourteenth in yards allowed rushing in Division III.  The Crusaders totaled 236 yards on offense, compared to 395 for UW-W."

How many yards did MUC give up to Wheaton?

The answer is 346 total yards:D

Will be a miscarriage of justice, that is for sure!

What's up with your tagline under the image on the left of your posts?  "100s and 100s severed"???  Are you an ax murderer?

Well, sounds like our big, dumb and very slow linemen will just have to do their best.   ;)

Has anyone else noticed that since his back surgery, seventies has been increasingly antagonistic?  They must have sliced your "ornery" nerve in the operation.   ;)

USee,

"Back in the day" the Raider's mascot was a pirate, and he had a parrot on his shoulder ala Long John Silver and an upraised cutlass. The bird and cutlass have survived, but the rather pot-bellied unshaven pirate has not.

There's nothing wrong with MUCaw.  This year's addition can be pretty entertaining and the little kids love him.  He also makes a great avatar.

In fairness, it was also Wheaton's second-team offense (or at least qb; I didn't check the rest of the players on the field.  And it was Wheaton's 2nd and 3rd string rb the whole game).

NOT an excuse; just a clarification. ;)

Friday forcast for Roanoke/Salem: Some showers and 61. Saturday mostly cloudy and 49. Subject to change but compared to the last two Saturdays in Alliance - T-shirt weather

Here's a link to the Tampa Bay Bucs mascot site.  Captain Fear does public appearances.  I almost got into a fight wit him at halftime of a preseason game a couple years back so I may be able to use that influence to get him to Salem.

Here's a link to the Bucs' cheereaders (formerly known as the Swashbucklers).  No reason other than nice eye candy.
