On another note, where does Lenny send this info?  Is it posting to a site other than MUC.edu?  I had looked once before and didn't see this stuff on any official Mount website but I could easily be wrong.

These are the press releases sent to the local media outlets.  I'm on the contact list.

Always knew putting up with Ric all these years would finally pay off ;D
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Statistics are like bikinis; what they reveal is interesting, what they hide is essential.

raiderguy

He is putting it on a web site called info@ohiocollegefootball.com. It is pretty good but already there are readers complaining about "too much Mount Union" Gee does that sound familiar? But as they state on their site they totally rely on SID's posting or sending them information.

Don't get me wrong if Lenny is responsible for the releases on recruits I am all for it because it was non existant before. And Sports Time Ohio...I am all over that too because I can pick that up in the fall on my Directv hook up and see all the Raider games on delay here in sunny Minnesota! So.......I will try to overlook some of his terrible run on sentences that usually end up being a paragraph because he does not know how to end the sentence therefore he keeps adding things about the game results without stopping so you can't really figure out what actually happened on the play or the quarter or time out or half time when the cheerleaders jumped through hoops and then stood on their heads and spit nickles while the parrot was throwing footballs into the stands so they could keep the fans interested because if they did not pay attention they might get hit in the face and that would not be good because........I quit but you might get my drift. He is a master though. :-X
WELCOME TO THE MACHINE!

HScoach

info@ohiocollegefootball.com is one of the media outlets on his release list.

For the record, the only thing I see wrong with your really long sentence was a lack of numbers.  Just remember, numbers are your friends......

Just in case you missed it...

It's probably the highlight of an otherwise boring hump day that MUC just got a recruit who's the son of Rodney King.

"Can't we all just get along?"

OK, so I fell for it.  But I thought I had seen all of his kids when they had "family day" on Celebrity Rehab.   Rodney was actually one of the more normal ones on that show.

I introduced my varsity offensive linemen to JumpStretch today. We used it at Mount and i really must say they were the most grueling  rewarding, workouts ever. There is 11 high schools in my city and we are the only ones  that have rubber bands. Im thinking of opening a jumpstretch gym here in Florida. Anybody think this would take off?

You used Jump Stretch at MUC because former West Branch HS football Coach Dick Hartzell invented the thing and Ken Wable was one of his first clients.  Dick was one of the WBHS coach between Jim Laut's first and second stint as Warrior HC (which also happend to be a pretty lean time in terms of winning for WBHS).  Jim was the coach who brought my Dad there, but Dick kept him on as RB coach and then as Freshman coach when Dad became the Wrestling HC in 1978.  I remember having a jumpstretch in my room when I was like Five...I hated the thing, but it worked.

All of my players were complaining to me today about how bad their legs hurt from yesterdays jumnpstretch workout. I love it.

hscoach,

Does it seem to you MUC is having a good year recruiting? Not that Tyrell Pryor's back up  is necessarilly any good but it might be that he will win a national title before Tyrell does? Unless Tyrell wants to transfer????? ;D

The only difference I see in this recruiting class is that Lenny Reich (the new SID) is being more proactive on getting the information out.

And it's a pretty safe bet that Tyrell's backup has a better chance at a ring than Tyrell does.

Speaking of that, where did the previous SID go? He did an excellant job and had a better writing style than Lenny. No offense but have you read his write-ups?
I do appreciate Lenny's posting of recruits for sure.

Yuck. The previous SID was garbage.

No.

agreed..  He's a crook.  He got caught at Kentucky... didn't get caught before that with Valdosta St and hasn't been cheating since -- has been losing wherever he's been.
