Thanks!  I appreciate it.

Not sure if they have any available depending on how far back you want but the Mount Union bookstore has copies of last years game I believe. Maybe the year before that but only on home games in Alliance. They go for $25 there.

would most opponents want to relive film of themselves versus MUC?  Outside of Mr. Rocky Arth Larlham, of course...

I feel ya...

I have 4 films of myself- one of them is Mount from my Junior year- 1995.  Trying to block BJ Payne, Matt Liggett, Jim Eismon, Jeff Starkey, Brian Wervey, Jason Hall, Mark Black... not a fun day.  Needless to say it is not my favorite tape.

If I remember correctly, a running back from Whitewater named Beavers had a game against Mount in the Stagg Bowl worthy of a highlight film.

What I wouldn't give for a tape of the1999 4-OT MUC-JCU game.  It took so long for the announcers to stop screaming so that I could hear who had won.

Hey All,

I know this is a long shot but I was wondering if anyone would know how to get game film of past OAC games.  I played for JCU in the past and was just trying to find a game or two I played in.   If anyone has any ideas it would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Matt

Check BW's site.  They have a couple of BW-JCU games archived including the Arth v Larlham (sp?  you know who I mean) matchup.

On Garcon's catch did noone else catch the Colt's center downfield when the ball was thrown and completed across the line of scrimage?

Nope.  Too busy jumping up and down yelling "GO!" at the telly and waking up the wife and kids.

Well you don't .... His name is Beaver.  Beavers played for Wesley.

Any comments or thoughts for the OAC games on Saturday?

sure, Mount will come out a lot more focused than last week and the special teams will be a lot more "special."  I'm sure LK had the team working on a few things, in a way only LK can.  After the performance at ONU, you know the Raiders will be on point the next week in a home opener, night game too.  Just so happens that Musky will be the unfortunate opponent.  Cecil early and often

That said, an early season game against a tough opponent often
shows areas that need work. No doubt Coach Kehres  will as you indicated
will be on point.

In 2008 the Raiders punted 28 times over 15 games for an average
1.9 per game. Against ONU they punted 6 times alone. Against Musky
that number will return to the 1.9 if not lower.

Not a MUC fan... just a fan of football.  It was my comment and I should have it was just for the OAC teams.  We are well aware lightning has stuck a couple times for Whitewater, Linfield and St. Johns.

Just another Mount hater from Wooster!   ;)

There have been MANY big games by individuals against Mount, and certainly in the few times they have lost the Stagg Bowl.  A certain one-legged RB/REC/SUPERMAN from SJU comes to mind, and also Mr. Beaver as well.  Of course, there wouldn't be enough space on this board to list all the great games Mount players have had against everyone else in big games.

Oh...and Mount hasn't had the pleasure of playing against Linfield as of yet.  I really hope that happens sometime soon.  Of course, Linfield needs to just make the play-offs first before that can even be a possibility.  So far this year looks promising, but I don't see anyone getting by WW from the west.

Not a Mount hater. I enjoy watching them dominate and admire the success of their program.
Must making a point that players (although few) have had good games against the Raiders.

Regarding Linfield, I have been watching them in hope of a potential match-up but I agree, they will not get by WW based upon the first two games.
