I'm still waiting for JK's next post so I can see the OC love.

This is the loophole he found in your wager.  ;)

Hey gang!
I was already becoming a Bengal convert after watching the Travel channel show with Dihanni Jones.  I think he was/is a pretty cool cat.  Then after watching the HBO series about the Bengals training camp, I became more interested.  I thought that Lewis really represented himself well as a tough, caring, thoughtful coach.  And....I LOVE their D-coordinator.  Now THAT is passion for football!

skunks sidekick,

You may appreciate this.. Remember pisstivity from Hard Knocks??  Chad said it... well, I just successfully used it in a sentence with a carrier who has totally ****ed my world up with a customer.

Me: "so you think lying, not answering the phone and THEN being late is any way to conduct yourself as a carrier?"

Him: "I wasn't there this weekend for any of that so its not my fault... I want my money"

Me: "You don't get it... do you even understand the level of pisstivity here? --- its running downhill from my customer to my bosses to me... and then to you, the bottom of the food chain and source of the problem."

-- the whole office heard this "conversation" and has been trying to find ways to say it since then..

-  Generally put down other teams/conferences based on academic standing, as though their own school/conference is the only "Real" education one can attain in the U.S.

Does this actually happen or do you just have an inferiority complex?

-K if I could.  I've yet to see you add anything to this board.

Yes I do have an inferiority complex, and now that you have pointed it out, I will have to go home and cry in my pillow because everyone now knows.

I'll ding myself for you if it makes you feel any better.  I guess the other 438 +K hits don't agree with your observation though.

It is called Humor sir, and I guess you are lacking in that category.

EDIT: +437, I guess I am not as funny as I thought I was.

Kirasdad,

I am on the other side of the +k hits, I guess no one likes any of my posts
lately, but I will keep on trucking!

It was mildly funny the first time (about 2 weeks ago).  The second time it was more than humor (sounds like you have a bone to pick and veiled it with a weak attempt at humor), and annoyed the heck out of me since you derailed my question once before.

If it makes you feel any better, I've been dinged at least 3 times already, but I think that has more to do with who owns this board, and less to do with the quality of anyone's posts.

Sorry, Pat, by "own" this "board" I meant "MUC fans" and "the OAC thread", not "Pat Coleman" and "d3boards.com". :)

No bone to pick or veils here.  Just having some fun.  Maybe once you have been on the boards as long as some others, you'll appreciate the humor as well.

To each his own.  Stay on the UAA board if you don't like it here.  I like your post from that board:

Over the past 3 years I doubt many teams can beat our regular season winning percentage.  ;)

How is that post season winning percentage going?

Yea, it has happened.  You need to go back around 6 or 7 years on this board to find it though.  Some of us have long memories.  +K Kiras.

I figured that was probably where you were going, which is why I only posted the one sentence and didn't specifically disclaim that I was the sole distributor of karma. :)

So it's your turn to be pissy?

I asked a question a couple weeks ago and you took the thread off track with a thinly veiled dig at JCU.  I asked another question today and you did the same thing (well, less thinly veiled).  I can take a joke, but it gets old after a while, especially when noone ends up answering the question thanks to your providing a distraction.

By the way, I belong here as much as you.  I have a friend that plays for JCU, and since the last time I checked this is the OAC thread, not the MUC thread, I have the right to post here as much as you do.  I can admit that MUC is a great football team, and will beat the living snot out of JCU next Saturday, but that doesn't mean we can't still enjoy and root for our respective teams, while respecting our opponents and fans of them.

More of that "humor".

Kira & Jaxon's Dad

I've got to learn to quit getting into pissing matches on internet posting boards.  I guess I'll have to go to the LLPP board if I want to post any humor anymore.

Good luck in the Post Season CWRU.

For the record, I have nothing against JCU, I wish they were as competitive as in the Arth days, made the regular season much more enjoyable.

Fair enough.  It was Monday morning, I can accept I was probably not in the mood for humor and was overly harsh in my reply.  I'll drop it.
