W&J would be a middle of the pack OAC team, ahead of JCU.   ONU would have beaten this team by 25-30.
No argument here, another question is how many other playoff teams would lose by that many to ONU?
W&J isn't the only playoff team ONU would easily beat.

We didn't take care of business so we'll never know.  I'd bet there are about a dozen teams in this tournament that the Polar Bears would beat by 4 scores though.  If's and but's...

WOW! Its bad enough to have the former Browns run to Baltimore but to also find out Monclair State Hijacked Chief Wahoo????  Damn, that should be good enough incentive for another WHOOPIN!  ;D

I thought they were the Montclair State Red Hawks

Cecil was in his own little world today. Watching those crossing routes reinforced why I watch from the end zone. Sheer artistry.

Yes Raiderpa, Montclair caved into the NCAA's rule against honoring Native Americans. More birds.

Washington and Jefferson's feelings after the game: We did everything right and they still whipped us.

Let's see W&J was ranked 20th and had a nationally ranked defense. Montclair State was 24th and gave up 22 to Maine Maritime  OH BOY (84th against the pass)

Actually kind of glad my brother wasn't around to begin the "Start the bus" chant in the 2nd quarter

I was very surprised by the efficiency of the Raiders today.  I didn't expect W&J to actually make it a game  beyond halftime, but that was worse than ugly.  The PAC does nothing to prepare W&J for the intensity of the playoffs.  They'd be lucky to finish .500 in the OAC.

That was like playing Wilmington or Muskingum.  Only without 150 guys on the bench to finish the 4th quarter.

Reality Check,
My condolences on the Bears not making the show.  In my opinion they probably beat half of the 32 teams by double digits or more.

I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Statistics are like bikinis; what they reveal is interesting, what they hide is essential.

Perhaps W&J should not have treated this game like any other because IT'S NOT!!

ONU isn't the ony team. I think NCC, OTT, at least 2 other WIAC teams and probably an additional CCIW team or two would beat close to half the teams in the field. That's not the goal of the torunament and never will be though.

Results for Round 1 of the pick-em's has been posted.  Spreads will be up sometime tomorrow.
