I wouldn't necessarily call the Rocco "Snow Job" over yet. Just a recent as two weeks ago Ben Roethlisberger was shut down a day before a game because of reoccurring headaches.

(Now I have to wonder if my "Snow Job" is going to work!!!    )

To some, these players aren't "sleepers" at all, in fact they may be bona fide stars. Others will find a dozen other players they would have listed first. Like I said, these rosters are REALLY GOOD!

Nice piece.  I did see one typo/error.  In the section on Miller you say:

Rocco can also sneak deep as two of his touchdowns went for 36 and 52 yards.

I think you meant Miller instead of Rocco.

Hope you are still going down for the game. Snowbourbon balls for breakfast perhaps? Might be good for those guys that have plows on front of their buggies, they could possibly make some money cleaning out the kitchen area. We are going to leave a few extra hours early and try to beat the snow in there. Hope to see you, drive safe.

HECK! SNOW? WE AINT AFRAID OF NO STINKIN' SNOW!   Being that close to the snow belt as we are here, its not like we havent gotten clobbered like this before! We are still a go on tailgating for sure! Snowballs and all! Krispy Kreme might even show up, lol  Seriously though, everyone be extremely careful, not sure if Salem-Roanoke even know what snowplows are but i'm sure they do see it from time to time. Was thinking about bringing a snowplow truck myself, could make some good money right in the parking lot! Hope to see ya there! ROLL RAIDERS ROLL!!

Two hours south of Salem, they're calling for just 2-4 inches of snow.  Regardless, I hope everyone remembers that people in VA don't always remember how to drive in the white stuff.  At lest Salem's close enough to the mountains for them to see it a couple of times a year, but I wouldn't be surprised if the stores are sold out of bread and eggs with what they're predicting.  I'm going to try my drive Saturday morning.  It looks like I'm leaving earlier and earlier each time the weather comes on.

Jaypeter, the weather people ust said 8 - 13 starting fay afternoon with sleet, freezing rain and snow.  I'd start Friday am and find a hotel room.  I'm sure there are plenty!!  Safe travels!!  At the moment it is quiet and COLD.

hey all mount folk, safe travels tomorrow and we will see you at some point with what seems like it will be a white backdrop to add to the ambiance of the day.  anyone looking for something to do on friday night and not afraid of a little adventure, myself and the stone station guys and olinemom will be at hooters watching the 1AA championship game.  Skunkssidekick, i have your number and i will text you with the time for hooters in case you decide to join us.  less than 48 hours until game time, yooo hoooo.

Hey, I ressemble that remark!!  We had a great time last year!!  Our own room,  great wings, the classic booby waitress but what the hey . . . I'm not staying home just because the guys chose Hooters!!!  You should come over and join us.  It's going to be fun!!!!

I'm hunkered in, listening to the forecast for the snow.  I might be staying longer than intended if as much comes as it is calling for.  I attended the Gagliardi trophy banquet tonight and it was wonderful!  Got to meet Blaine Westemeyer(sp) from Augustana.  3.9 bio-chem and OFFENSIVE LIVE!!  What a well spoken young man.  I enjoyed talking to him.  He leaves in the am in order to get back to Mexico for the Estrellas game on Saturday!! 
     On another note:  8 - 13 inches snow starting tomorrow early afternoon.  I would start coming in earlier if at all possible!!  Seventies Raider. grab Kevin & the buckeyes and head south!  Drive safely!! 
     Somebody coming in with 4 wheel drive so we can still go to Hooters like last year?  Sure hope so!!! 
     I had a very enjoyable comversation with Coach Kehres this evening.  Hope his Mom makes it here before the snow storm!!  She is such a nice lady!!!  UWW team came in late and some sat at my table which was equally enjoyable.  Got a hug from Coach Leipold too.  I had voted for Jeff Schebler for the Gagliardi trophy.  He sat at the table.  It was a fun evening. 
     Please drive safely!! Can't wait to see everybody!!

I'd like to chime in about the uni color for the game....I think they should wear all white with purple and black highlights....that would be different and show that they have some ability to adjust to the new styles.
