OAC Historians,
Is Henry Stanford the first African American Head Coach in our great conference?  If so, why has this not been mentioned?  Or, did I miss it?

I did not see it either, but his move to HC should definitely be recognized! :)

I'm confused Snoop Dawg, if we like something you say should we give you positive or negative karma. You seem to have put some effort at getting you karma down there. Haven't had too much of a problem since I vowed to stay off the NCAC board 8-)

The only poster I know of who actively courts negative karma is Touchdown Tommie (mainly MIAC football).  Snoop Dawg ran afoul of Oxybob and his minions on the SCIAC board.  While I'll let him speak for himself, I'd assume he would prefer positive karma, but to his credit he doesn't seem to complain either way.

+k for minions. Very few words, in my opinion, do as good a job describing the status of a group.

Stacey Hairston was an interim for a year but I think that may be it at least in the modern era since the NCAC split and I don't remember any "in the day." Yes, it clearly should be recognized.

Next Friday I'm off to Tiffin with the daughter for Spring Visitation. Any excuse to borrow my father-in-law's Beemer  :D

Are you and/or any of your colleagues planning on going to the DIII Ohio all-star game April 17th?

seventies and Raider:

That is good you will be there.  Indeed, it will be a great time and experience - spring game.  Like you Raider, I would like to be there, although am not sure at this point either.  I have another commitment that smae weekend, although that might cancel out, which would allow me to go down to the game.  However, I probably won't know that until "the last minute".  I will let you know.

Anyway, all best wishes to you both (and the rest of you on the OAC board) for a blessed and enjoyable Easter weekend with your families.

Sad new for a ND recruit from Cincinnati St. Xavier who died on Friday while on Spring break. Prayers and thoughts for the Matt James family.

Be careful on that motorcycle.  If he had bimmer, you'd be safe and warm.

It's a BMW coupe, but I'm not sure how safe I am. It screams. Should be able to see all of Tiffin in a couple of minutes,. Semi-retired from 2 wheeling except for my Triumph Bonneville a couple of times a year.

S/B able to watch a Berg spring practice

Wow, Coach Farrah resigns at Louisville. Didn't see that one coming.

Wow. After doing some research after you posted, it seems like some "extracurricular" activities were to blame. Too bad. His O coordinator was mine for two years in HS. He's brilliant.
