good luck with the surgery...the recovery is tough.

Is Alliance closer to Pgh or Clev?   Being from Pgh, the thought of landing in Clev runs contra to the black and gold in my blood. ;)  However, the shorter the time I have to drive the better.
Be sure to stop by the Pro Football HOF in Canton.  I spent five hours last year and I'm not even a pro diehard.

CLE is probably a little closer.  but if the price is right, PGH wouldnt be too much further.  CAK would be the closet airport, but you'd probably have to make a stop or two coming in from CA

If memory serves me right they are about equal. If you have to change in Chicago, Akron-Canton is closer. If your familiar with Pittsburgh I'd go there.

PS Frontier flies LAX to Denver to Akron-Canton

Yeah thanks about the shoulder. It's a total tear with some kinda cyst on the rotator so they can't do arthroscopic. I'm looking at, at least three months with my right arm bound across my chest.  Should be a fun summer.

that or a direct Continental flight from LAX to CLE are the best two options, from my experience

Snoop,

Lax to Clev. via Continental, leaves LAX at 10:30 AM gets into Cle at 6:30 PM direct. I have flown it many times. If Delta, LAX to Cincy to Alron/Canton, or LAX to Pitt via US Airways. The Continental to Cle (direct) is the best use of time and price! :)

Ignore all of my posts after midnight  ;)

.....and the one's before midnight??

I knew that was leaving a wide opening. Take 'em with a grain of salt. Got rotator cuff surgery in a couple of weeks, back on the happy pills

Seventies,

How did you get injured, golf, arobics? Hope the surgery goes well! Looks like you will be on the injured reserve for awhile. :(

Akron-Canton is still way closer than both and about a football field length walk from plane to rental car. Just the hassle of getting your bags in Cleveland makes changing planes in Denver worth it.  20 minute straight drive to Alliance

Dislocated the shoulder shoveling snow around New Years and it must have ripped then. Been playing games with the insurance company for three months.

I figured it was from patting himself on the back.
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Statistics are like bikinis; what they reveal is interesting, what they hide is essential.

Small but Slow

Seventies - A buddy had his rotator cuff repaired, labrum shaved, and biceps tendon repaired in January and has been bowling for several weeks.  After only a couple weeks he felt better than he had in years. Best wishes for a speedy recovery.

Snow shoveling is hazardous duty for all of us. Find a young person to do it.
Like other posters have mentioned, you will up and running and ready to play golf in no time! :)

labrum shaved??  is that anything similar to a "Brazilian"?
