Snoop, Matt and Chris:

Was nice meeting you guys.  Good luck in your choices.  Though I can't imagine anyone in their right mind  leaving Southern California for NE Ohio..............
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Statistics are like bikinis; what they reveal is interesting, what they hide is essential.

HS.....thanks for the hospitality and info.  Wish we had more time to visit.  The boys were impressed and so was I.  It was great meeting you and Raider68.........maybe we will meet again in the fall.   ;)

Snoop,

Great to have the opportunity to meet you, Matt and Chris. From a former player, it is tough to make choices, but hopefully this being your last school visit was the best. Best wishes and safe travels back to LA. Maybe I see again this fall or on a trip to LA.

GO RAIDERS!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Snoop I hope to see him in August when practices start and actually if he's coming, maybe he can get here early get settled in and goof around and get to know folks. Lottsa guys stay around to work the various team and youth camps that go on in the summer.

At least this fall I can ask about him by name instead of the Big Kid from Cali.

Ah oh, it's past the witching hour.

All of my pill makers deny responsible for what words may come out of my mouth when they are used in combinations. It's that really fast and mumbled disclaimer at the end of every medication ad. It's the Dave Ross Disclaimer, washing their hands of any blog remarks, Facebook posts and invalidating my credit cards at all party websites. From 12:00 to 8:00AM

On the subject of disclaimers, did you had to hear the lady behind you reading the disclaimer every time HSCoach spoke. "Mr Grossman is in no way affiliated With Mount Union College, Mount Union University or Scio College. Any remarks found to be objectionable to your selfs, your family, people standing by or near were simply his own opinion and not endorsed by this institution. However we have at times found them to be somewhat amusing therefore granting limited access to and from the Press Box so that he might assist his little buddy Ric. Under no circumstances are they to speak on behalf of the institution unless a valued alumni member such as Dave Ross is present"

Ran into a former Mount Union offensive coach the other day and I questioned him regarding the QB position.  I wanted to know if Neal Seaman could do the job?  He was quite enthusiastic about Seaman and said he expected a great year from him.   He had no concerns about his ability to throw the long ball.

I am hearing that the QB race is wide open at this point, and Seaman did not show the arm strength this past fall, but maybe that may have improved through Spring drills.

Dr. Acula

Micheli didn't show a ton of arm strength early on and that worked out OK.

Let's just hope one of the twenty-seven QB's at Mount will be able to put up some respectable numbers...something like 3600 passing yards, 33 TD's, 6 INT's, 69% compete....you know a slightly below average year for a Mount QB.

Does ONU "need" a few, we can send them!

In my response to your great post, I omitted the word "need".

Nah we'll stick with the reigning first team All-OAC QB.  Maybe next year...

Those are some lofty numbers for anyone to live up to.

Especially if you only play the first half and turn it over to the mop up squad.

Can you imagine what Chuck Moore, Dan Pugh or Nate Kmic 's numbers might have been if they played beyond the first series after the half?
