Hello Gang!

Football is coming...football is coming!

Jr. has a "spiral fracture" on his left ring finger down below the last knuckle, and will be "with cast" for at least 2 1/2 weeks.  He is still doing all the non-contact stuff at two-a-days, but is really bummed about not being able to hit.  I told him that he is a freshman in high school...take a deep breath!   :D

This could turn out to be one of the most interesting years for Mount in a while.  I think it will be fun to see how the WB, RB, and DL shape up by game #1.  Anyone planning on a trip to Osh Kosh (I am not)?

When do the new uni's, helmets, and logos come now that Mount is the "U"?

I unfortunately will be making the long trip northwest  >:(

Hopefully JR heals quickly and doesn't drive you or his coaches crazy in the meantime.
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

I hate to tell you this guys,  but you should really start thinking in terms of six years of higher education more often than not. A graduate degree...MBA, JD, MA  etc is becoming the new BA.  On that happy note let me also say the kids do have a way of making it happen when they are doing it and it is a wonderful thing to see. I have seen expert opinion saying go ahead and take out the student loans in their names .  It is better, they say, to let them incur the debt rather than deplete your hard won assets.  The point is you may not be able to replace that money while your kid(s) have their earning futures ahead of them.

Just as long as they don't take 36 like I did 8-)

Americans owe 830 billion on student loans, 3 billion more than their combined credit card debt

When Mount played UWW in 2002, it was an 8 hour drive, and it was not that well attended by Mount fans (44-21, Raiders), so it is unlikely that many will make the trip, but who knows. Not sure if there is a bus going to Oshkosh!  :-\

Or be creative and do the 6 hour drive to Ludington Mi, catch the car ferry across Lake Michigan at 9:00 AM and arrive in Wisconsin at noon and a quick drive west to OshKosh

I would think there will be a large group going to JCU on 9-18-10. Have not been to Don Shula Stadium, but this may be the year! :)

Considering the lack of parking, you might want to take a bus to University Heights.

We pretty well jam the visitors side. The home side, not so much, but we have to visit because the concessions and facilties are "over there."

BTW How do we get stick at Wasmer Field 3 of  the last 4 years. In 2007, the ROTC guys set up their mini howitzer for JCU TD's. Mount won 52-0. They weren't there last year :P

While I'd like Oshkosh to give you a game if they play you the way they did us last year sadly it won't be much of one. But here's hoping someone else in the WIAC can give you a little scare!  ;)

Fellas (and any ladies out there)... I don't do this EVER, as I don't like attention for attention's sake... but my family really needs some prayers to strengthen it today/tonight.... or whenever you have a spare moment.

Whatever you believe in, the power of prayer works in my opinoin and my family could really use it right now.  All that I can say is thank you in advance, my brother is in a really bad place right now and we need the prayer help to help us with him.

Seeing how I have met alot of you, I didn't think this would be a bad thing to ask on here.  Thank you for reading this.
