Schlosser back in and intercepted again.  This one run back for 70 yards and another Polar Bear TD.

ONU has 109 yards catching Schlosser passes
OTT has 94 yards catching Schlosser passes

34-10 in the 4th.

ONU just out played Ott today. Their (ONU) offense basically did what they wanted all game (except 2 INTs) and their defense never let up. Schlosser never really looked comfortable back there. I counted more than a couple occassions he was scrambling to his left and trying to throw deep across his body. Not a high percentage play. A little confused at Ott's play calling on 3rd down form the 1. Schlosser runs well but I would hope you can count on Coy to go up the middle for one.

All and all a disapointing ball game. Need to regroup and bounce back next week. Hats off to ONU today

ONU intercepts Schlosser with a big return to the OTT 5.  Donley punches it in.  ONU now up 27-10.

Total Offense 306-115.

Schlosser out of the game at the moment.  New QB Kingcade is in for the Cards.

What this say about Husson?  ::)

The same Husson who lost 84-7 to Salisbury today?
Never underestimate the stimulation of eccentricity.

Seaman QB rating 206, JCU's Micheal Locke 75

JCU tried to tighten up coach's spread.

Congrats to ONU on a real statement win today.  Very impressive showing.  Hopefully Simmons used up all his magic today.

Wow, is John Carroll bad.  They'll be fighting Muskingum and Wilma for the cellar.    How Scafe still has a job after how far that program has fallen is beyond me.

Mount's D was less than stellar today though the stats say otherwise.  Not much pressure from anyone other than Lambert and way too many missed tackles in the secondary.  Glad we weren't playing anyone good today.

Seaman looks comfortable and in command of the game.  Made good decisions, though not every pass was a thing of beauty.  Still not convinced he has the arm strength to stretch the field with Shorts, but Micheli didn't either as a sophomore.  He looks very good on the intermediate stuff, especially when looking for Kyle Miller.   My biggest concern is at 6'1" and a 3/4 release, he's going to back a lot of passes batted down.

Running game still leaves something to be desired, but it was good to see Scott Panchik back carrying the ball.  The effort that young man has displayed in rehab'ing 2 blown out knees is impressive.

I hate to admit it, but I was really happy to see Skilliter fumble on the MTU 5 yard line to give JCU a chance to pull within 1.5 of the number.  All in all, 51-7 on a 42.5 point isn't too shabby.
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Yikes.  Wilma is leading Capital 7-0 late in the 1st quarter.

Looks like I had the spread on the Musky/Etta game backwards >:(.

Musky up 28-13, mid 3rd quarter.

The thought occurred to me that someone told him to fumble it to give JCU a chance to score.  If I were Carroll's coach I'd be real embarrassed by that showing.  What happened to the competitive John Carroll of 10 years ago?  Terrible showing.

Attended the Mount/JCU game today and thought Mount did improve from Week 1 despite a weaker opponent. Mount had more fans than JCU and why JCU still keeps their staff is a real mystery!

The Mount /ONU game will be a good one and OTT made it easy for ONU today! The running game looked a little better and Kyle Miller will be a problem for all the upcoming opponents as will the other receivers so far.
