Just a thought. I saw it as weird at the time to hire a Tom Arth with no real coaching credentials and make him the co-Offensive Coordinator, Quarterbacks Coach and in charge of Football Operations.

After their first two performances, I now find it BIZARRE.

Perhaps the rest of the staff didn't take it so well either.

What happened to the competitive John Carroll of 10 years ago?  Terrible showing.

Absolutely ridiculous in my mind. At least BW is doing better than I thought this year.....same won't be said for JCU

What this say about Husson?  ::)

The same Husson who lost 84-7 to Salisbury today?

Salisbury had 553 yards rushing on 44 carries. I think we can make the statement that Husson is "that bad"

12.5 yds per carry, I'll take it.  :P

Results for Week 3 and Spreads for Week 4 have been posted.
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Certainly would be sweet if schools could cache video so you could watch it on a rainy Sunday morning. With a kid playing at 4:00 every Saturday, it's hard to see much beyond NWC evening games

With a 10-7 win over Wilmington, Capital may have a long day vs Wesley

The difference between Mount's Soph QB's and JCU's was stunning. JCU #5 never had a chance yesterday. Of course, did it look exactly like last year's John Carroll game? Yes, only worse. I feel bad for Frank Ross, a career is terrible thing to waste ;)

For JCU the QB #7 was running for his life most plays, but his ability helped save many losses.  However, I did not think he had much of an arm!

Otts loss of senior left tackle,Kenny Collmar, early in the 2nd quarter may have influenced some play calling, but I seen Coy still averaged over 4 yards per carry.Give 20 the ball !!!on the one yard line.Otts defense has alot of talent!!!2 scores on 2 drives,15 for 15 passing, run the ball at will, might be time to rethink the 3-3-5.Congrats to ONU on a great game.

Kinda shocked by this sudden "parity" in the OAC.

Remember when we were at least respectful of the talent that Capital and John Carroll had?

Just returned from the JV game vs W&J. UMU 21-W&J 0. Lot's of little mistakes, to be expected from Freshmen players but overall we looked fairly decent. Refs were from the NCAC and they definitely need some additional training. We have some players that are going to make very good future Raiders, if they stick it out a couple years. Played 12 minute quarters and ran the clock all the time, which didn't allow for all the players to get in, especially toward the end of the game. All in all, another good outing by the up and coming players! :)

Watching the archive video of the game. Pretty impressive when D-lineman breakup the handoff between QB and RB.

A tip of the hat to the JC broadcasters. It can be hard to continue to find something to talk about when nothing is going right on the field. It's like trying to sound excited about a really bad marching band.

They echoed my statement from last year, that gadget and trick plays will only get you so far

Or it's like getting excited about a marching band period.
