Tough loss for Big Mike and The Berg. Hard to complain about a 51-0 loss but it was kinda sloppy. Off to a Youth Football marathon at Mogadore High School.

Gotta admit Dominic Jones was a difference maker today for Ott.

Real tough loss today for Heidelberg ! I just got home and think penalites and turnovers at  crucial times kept the Cardinals in this game and let them win at the end. Preston and Walton are real nice targets for Adam Miller in the `Berg passing game. Nothing to hang your head about with the performance today.

Guess Tressel isn't opposed to running up the score OSU 73-20.  :o

Impressions from Wilmington

1.  Wilmington has a nice field.
2.  Wilmington's uniforms look good.
3.  Since I judge opponents stadiums by the visitors stands, Wilma has far better facilities than Ott.
4.  Wilmington is a better team than last year;  better coached and they did not quit.  All they need is some good recruiting years as they are too small and too slow for the OAC.
5.  Mount played a sloppy, uninspired game.
6.  Seaman was OK, but under threw Shorts on several long patterns.
7.  Lemon ran the ball well,  but he and all Mount's backs need to get their pads lower.
8.  Way too many turnovers.
9.  I hope Mount steps it up for ONU.
12-0 = 13

PS:  Hampton Inn & Suites is pretty nice, and we've found no bed bugs. ;D

I listened to the game and agree with rscl70. If there may be a few take aways from this game in my mind for the Raiders it would be:

1. They "hopefully" had their mistake game this week not next week.
2. The defense improved this week, which will be key against ONU.
3. Cecil Shorts could be the difference make against ONU.

IMHO, both Mount and ONU will be playoff teams, based upon what has happen thus far this season.

Stinking Louisville guys!  Mathie's 90 yd chase of the blocked XP cost me a perfect 51-2 score on a 49.5 spread.   >:(

Crap.
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Congrats to the former Mount guys coaching at Toledo on the win over Purdue. Why must I be stuck here between Kent State and Akron, isn't having to watch the Browns and Indians enough??
