Its only Tuesday, you know the weather forecast will change a time or two by Saturday.  I'd be more worried about the forecast of facing the greatest ONU team ever.

Sounds like "The Thrilla in Manilla" part II.

They be the "Greatest of all times"

Where is that poster that made that claim on the greatest ONU team ever? He has not been on the board as yet this week! So it could be a long afternoon for the Raiders! :)

you guys crack me up.  and the fact that i know you cracks me up even more.  it sounds like it will be a good game.  i will not be making the trip as i had to choose between mount this week or the bridgewater homecoming game next week and a chance to hang with the stone station gang even before the stagg bowl.  sorry to say not even close, but i do hope to make a trip to alliance later in the year with the wolverines, or maybe mount will have to travel to dover, wishful thinking.  good luck this week against the GREATEST ONU TEAM EVER. :)))))

Ryder and Lemmon will be the backfield, imo.  With Panchik's knee, any carries the Raiders get from him will be gravy.   unfortunately he can not be counted on each and every week. It will be interesting to see if there is a Lattimore sighting this week.  He had a meeting with the NCAA late last week, I don't know if that had anything to do with his absence at Wilma

:o :o :o  Ok....how can THAT be good in any way?  What in the SAM HILL does that mean?

Mount needs to be focused this week as we are playing the "GREATEST ONU TEAM EVER...EVER....EVER....EVER!!!!"

To be honest, I look for this game to be a very closely fought contest, and if Mount's D doesn't step up, the offense better be ready to score fiddy.

I'll see what I can find out--I will get a chance to talk to TJ tomorrow.
Reloading--Again, and again, and again....

Obviously things are so quiet because no one has ever seen a Polar Bear team like this before.  Has UMU even played us before?  Obviously NO!  UMU is 0-0 against ONU.

So anyways...watching clips the Yahoo prep sports blog I clicked and clicked again and ended up on this great DIII video from three years ago between Milsaps and Trinity.  Still a great watch and one of the craziest plays the craziest play ever.

Amazing Finish

It's a shame the announcers couldn't get into it. We'd have to carry Joe Tait out on a stretcher with an IV pizza drip

I find easily offended people rather offensive!

We don't run anything quite that diabolical but we had a German exchange student serve as a our punter last year and we devised a play where he would pretend to count our players, find something wrong, and walk off the field parallel to the LOS (cursing in Germanas an added bonus) and as he was about to exit the field, the upback would take a direct snap from the long snapper.  We converted both times we used it and the first time I pulled it on the HC in practice (who was running the punt return team) he too cursed (in English....at me).

It was a combination of your video link and this one from another sport:
