I don't know per se if he will get a look at a tight end -- he may well do so, or as a receiver -- but from all I've heard, long snapper is his best route to the pros.

Pat,

Heard the same, but a look at TE was not out of the question, i.e. size, hands, blocking! :)

Very small blurb in the Akron paper today that Joe Tait had double bypass and valve surgery at the Cleveland Clinic and is doing OK. Expects to return to broadcasting.
Thanks, 70s

Recruiting should be underway for the Raiders, could use a few more LB's and a monster RB for the fall! :)

I did not think he would after they lost the FCS championship. Had Delaware won, I think he might have.  However, I'm kind of glad he is staying at Delaware.  He should continue to build on the good program he has at present, IMO.

Anyone able to confirm the Mount wrestling bus crash last night?
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Statistics are like bikinis; what they reveal is interesting, what they hide is essential.

HScoach,

Just read this on the bus crash:

BUCYRUS, Ohio - A crash involving a snow plow and a University of Mount Union bus left one person dead and injured four others, according to the Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred on U.S. Route 30 in Bucyrus, around 11 p.m. Tuesday.

Daniel M. Gorman, 52, of Hartville, Ohio, was a passenger on the bus and was killed in the accident. He was taken to Bucyrus Community Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

According to a release from the Highway Patrol, both vehicles were traveling east on US 30, and the plow was clearing the left lanes. The bus tried to pass in the right lane and the two vehicles impacted.

The bus had 28 passengers at the time of the accident, and Brad Kress, 19; Shawn Dreger, 26; Courtney Perrino, 20; and Mark Hawald. 28; were all treated for minor injuries.

The crash remains under investigation by the Highway Patrol
