Why not the Colts and Jags in Indy 11/13? Of course Cleveland is home for Shorts, Kyle around Lima is about half way between

BTW Recognize 11/20 might be beginning of T-giving holiday week

Very exciting day in Pro Ball today.

Don't think there was ever a moments doubt Kyle Miller was getting an offer

Congrats to Kyle Miller and the other D3 players on FS signings! :)

Have to admit some regrets that Cecil and Kyle have to play in those God awful Aqua uniforms

I don't think they'll mind, given they are getting a chance to play in the NFL.

I hear Mike Preston from da Berg is signing with the Titans. Maybe 2 more signing from OAC in addition to CSIII and Kyle.

Lake Erie College in A-town tomorrow at 6:30 pm, for those desperate enough to seek even a 7 on 7 season preview.

Forget about 7 on 7's!  Seriously?
;)

Methodist bureaucrats don't do Wednesday night service.

But I promised someone I would and after joking all my life about people who go to church on Wednesday it finally looked like a good idea for a Football freak like me. A church date with a lady who only goes to church on Wednesdays, never miss another kickoff   :D

Got a gander at the new turf installed at Mount.  It's visually eye-grabbing with the black endzone with purple/white letters.

Cecil tweeted the same regarding Kyle Miller.  I don't know guys.....but I am up for a road/air trip to a Jacksonville game this year.  Jacksonville Purple Jaguars!   ;D

Did not know the new turf was coming this fall, thought it would be 2012, anxious to see it! :)

Seventies, you're cleared for choir practice. Scrimmage is scrapped.  :-\

New turf at Mount Union is a real upgrade (visually) from the last surface.  THe end zones are really eye popping and the painted yard lines and numbers will be visible against the setting sun, which they were not on the old field.  THe whole thing looks more professional than the last installation.

Probably because in this turf job the majority of field markings are sewn in, not painted on

An unfortunate comment was made to my son and a couple of teammates the other day by a former Mt. Union player. I do not feel it is indicative of how the program really feels however. This ex-player first of all stated that in 2008 he started and was all conference at WR. He actually did not and only caught 4 balls. He also stated that schools such as Otterbein are a waste to D3 football and should just give it up since they are so bad and basically that Otterbein and programs like theirs stink as do their players and that no one at Otterbein would even play at The Mount.

Proud of my kid and his teammates who just walked away but I am sure not how most of you would like the Mount to be represented.
