Welcome to the board raider2180 but I think you'll find the group already knows that. This isn't a particularly rah-rah community -- I think everyone basically knows Mount Union is going to run the table:

Coach Kehres still takes one game at a time, regardless of the predictions. Could be why he has 304 victories into his 26th year. I just hope the OAC becomes more competitive top to bottom, then every school wins! :)

The OAC will become more competitive from top to bottom when one team stops promising the moon, sun and the rest of the stars in the galaxy to 20 freshmen RB's, 30 LB's, and 100 or more other kids they keep off their competitor's rosters year after year.
Let the negative karma rain down on me, Raider nation.

By the "Moon, sun and the rest of the stars" I assume you mean OAC Championships, Playoffs Every year, and chance at a National Championship Ring?

I'm sure there are many players who choose NOT to go to Mount Union because they don't think they'll have a chance to play until their Junior or Senior year...

Mount JV's get a 45-34 victory over Ashland last eve...led 38-7, but Ashland rallied to close the gap..

drt:  give it a rest.  We all understand Jr didn't  get his fair shot at being the next Nate and now you're bitter about it.  How's the new moon & stars in NY?  I'm sure it's great.
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Statistics are like bikinis; what they reveal is interesting, what they hide is essential.

The_end_of_overlook

While going through the recruiting process at the end of high school, i visited several schools. From those schools Mount was the only one that didn't promise anything. The told me you need to find a place you can call home, a place that you can see yourself fitting into, they also said there is a chance you could come here and never see the field and be on the scout team for four years or maybe get some special teams action. Because of their honesty i felt like that would be a great home.

You were wise to delete that post, drt. Next step is to not make it in the first place. (Or the one on the Liberty League board, for that matter.)

So...anybody think Denton is the surprise we were looking for? And what got into Jeremy Murray?
