Not quite the blowout that many of you expected, however, congrats to Mount Union for pulling it out and making another return to the Stagg Bowl.  They have shown strict determination and doing what needs to be done to get there.

So we'll now watch the next 3 hours to see if the Stagg Bowl will again host two familiar teams as it has the past 3 years.

what a great game!  Both sides played well.  I was thoroughly enthralled with the action.  But the fellow with the 3 interceptions was the game breaker.  Wesley finished an excellent season with a great effort. Wesleydad, your team is to be commended.  I was impressed by their play this afternoon and was contemplating blue at the Stagg, but another year it will have to be. MU did an excellent job as well, and only one can win.  So RaiderNation we'll see you all in Salem.  I'M PROUD  of the way we do things in d3football, no BCS nonsense.  and the ESPN3 video was wonderful!!  brought back memories and I could remain toasty warm inside!

Westley was the best team we played this year and the best I've seen at LK Stadium in several years. Great QB,who was victimized by several dropped passes. Piloto looked pretty good. He will have to be better next week and so will our defense.

Congrats on the win MU.  We just couldn't take advantage of the many opportunities we had to score.  I'm so proud of Wesley, especially our seniors.  Good luck next week MU.

This was an outstanding game.  If your going to beat Mount, limiting your turn overs is important, yet, more important is to not drop catchable passes.  When you look back this was their biggest mistake.  If those receivers catch those passes Mount is in trouble.  If Jr. drops any of his T.D.'s Mount is looking at a different outcome. Plus these were tough catches.  Make the big play.  Mount will have a real challenge this week.  UWW 17 ST>Thom 0  late 2nd.

Wesley definitely Stagg calibre team, and the QB one of the best to ever play against Mount Union in my 25 plus years.  The dropped pass on next to last possession HUGE...and Ferarra's pic bounced out of the receiver's hands at the goal line PHEW
Both teams made mistakes and misplays that could be looked at as costing the game.  This one could have just have easily gone to the Wolverines.
Coach Drass is a first class individual and you have to root for the guy, I know I will in the future. Great athletes on both sides of the ball on both teams.  Barile is a stud as is Kodusso.  Wesley speed was excellent.
Driskill almost a non factor today which was shocking considering his season./  D-line was especially solid for Mount and DB's hung with them save a couple plays
Murray got his yards, however about 40 were against prevent  at end of half. 
I thought teams were even steven in many ways and feel fortunate we are heading to Stagg

Wesley is definitely the new beast of the east.  Mt. played like champions.  Wesley could have easily won this game. A lot of entertainment for just 8 bucks.   WWW should be at least a 7 pt. favorite.  GO RAIDERS!
