It's been several years since I last visited or posted here but thought the board would be interested in the Hilton Head High School coaching finalists down here in South Carolina.

Nate Kmic to Play in Italy:

World Championship MVP Nate Kmic has signed with the Catania Elephants (Italy – top division) for the 2012 season.

Who knew Italy not only had a professional (American) football league, but apparently more than one of them?! :o ;D  Congratulations, Nate (but is this akin to being the world's tallest midget? ;))

Whatever.  A paid vacation in Italia is not to be sneezed at! ;D

A FIVE MONTH paid vacation in Italy and a chance the play the greatest game ever invented!  I'd do it in a heartbeat if I were 20 years younger.   ;)

Good for Nate!

I would highly recommend a book called "Playing For Pizza" by John Grisham.  Fictional book about a NFL'er that ends up playing in Italy.  Funny/good read, and gives some insight into American football over there.
