The reflections on the press box window of people moving around inside the press box are driving me crazy on the video feed.  Anyone else feel the same way?

I witnessed this, but no complaints since I got to watch the game for free from my Air Conditioned Living Room in FL.

I had AC too!! Granted its because its only 30 degrees. A few quick thoughts on the game.

1. The JCU guys on the video feed did a good job and were bith very neutral on the call - much appreciated.
2. JCU could not run - end of story. 28 attempts and 24 yards.
3. JCU played almost a perfect game - but 13 penalties against Mount aint gonna get it done. Especially since 5 or 6 were lack of discipline penalties.
4. I said Mount didn't have emotion on offense - JCU had a ton of emotion on D and it helped lead to #3 above. Even the announcers said they had to control it.
5. Meyers was throwing dangerous all day - his WRs bailed him out on a couple.
6. Burke was off. Overthrew 3 wide open downfield, threw behind Meacham on 3 that could have gone for 30+.

Lots of work to do before Wesley (a REAL good team) next week. Great game Raiders!

Wartburg lost their starting QB and has turned the ball over a couple times.

WWW scores three touchdowns In 4th qtr. Wins.

Third round scores are posted.  I'm obviously still making this game too easy for you as we had two perfect scores, Kira & Jason's Dad and praiderguy.  At least I nailed the MUC-JCU spread.

After three rounds, Conventional Wisdom continues to lead with 41 points.  Among the humans, Raider 68 now stands alone, a mere point ahead of four contestants.

Spreads for Round Four will come out Monday night.
Never underestimate the stimulation of eccentricity.

Another great game today.  Congrats Mount.

NOW, we can finally discuss Mount Union and only Mount Union.. Thank Goodness.

And they beat JCU by more points than in Week 11.

But seriously, congrats to Mount Union.  I'll be seeing you, Skunkssidekick, on Friday night.

Raiders get Wesley next week. Linfield gets....Wartburg?? 33-16 wartburg leading late 3rd.

Don't jinx it ... Wartburg in a 3-and-out and UWW gets the ball back with an entire quarter to play.

Exactly.    Keep your mouth shut next time!
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Mount just tried and failed an onside kick to start the 2nd half. If it had not have worked for the Saints in the Super Bowl....

I didnt see it as intended to be an onside kick. The wind blowing to the South was wicked and JCU also opted to kick off low line drives into the wind first half after a few died short-possibly take their chances with live ball flub ups on the ground?

At least I nailed the MUC-JCU spread.

I might be retired,  but I still have it!

Yes, Sensei!   8-)

Though too bad I didn't keep it at 10.5 ... would have stubbed a few more toes.

I would have been stubbed because I would still have picked Mount.  Thought clock management was not good in 4th quarter.  Why are we snapping with 15 seconds still on the play clock?

What a game!

It is really nice sitting on the covered side on a day like today.  A few thoughts.....

1.  I hope Mount has some fast healers.  It was the walking wounded by the end of the game.
2.  WORST OFFICIATING EVER!!!!  Bad calls, bad no-calls, late whistles.  They were absolutely horrible.
3.  The defense played really well all day.
4.  The offensive line did a great job protecting Burke MOST of the day.  Still not sure how he got up after that one sack.
5.  Taurice Scott has amazing moves and quickness.

Mount will have their hands full with Wesley next Saturday, but it should be a barn-burner.
