Wesley was still able to hang 35 points on Mount Union last week.   I think it was combo of good defense and UWW stalling.

 Taurice Scott is a great quarterback. Just walked in from the game. I think the best all around performance by a Mount Union team I have ever seen. Congratulations to Vince and his staff.

Ski, I think you are giving UWW too much credit.  What did they do after the first 2 drives that shows they stalled?  They did nothing with the ball.  Mount dominated them.  Sometimes we keep thinking teams are just going to keep being good, maybe not so much.  Some UWW fans have been worried about their offense all year.

^^ I'd be curious where UWW fans would rank the 2015 offense against prior versions.  They definitely seemed to lack the difference maker that we are accustomed to seeing, especially at WR.  You're obviously not going to just plug in another Kumerow-level guy, but I was a little surprised.

JUST WOW!  Best line performance by a Mount team in quite a while.

After the first quarter that was as thorough of a beating I ever saw Mount lay on a UWW team.  Total domination.  UWW lacked strong QB play today.  The kid had happy feet, and when UWW couldn't consistently get in 2nd or 3rd & short, #10 couldn't consistently make the throws needed.

I think it can be said that "The Machine" is not quite broken yet.  Once H*LL of an effort.  VK coached quite the game today.

Thanks Skunks...I never doubted our defense. And their QB had happy feet...he was under a ton of pressure the entire game.

The Defense was just rock steady all game.  After a couple of nice plays by UWW in the first two drives they could not move the ball.  I would have never quessed that Mount's D would keep them completely out of the red zone for 60 minutes.
