And the audio stream just quit mid sentence after the fireworks finished

Game wasn't as close as the score.  2 short drives in the 1st quarter.  1 crazy fumble for TD.   GREAT PERFORMANCE for the O and D.
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Way to go Raiders, congrats to Vince on his first championship.  O line wore them down.

I believe the question re Taurice Scott being a great quarterback or merely a great athlete has been answered.

A Championship comeback.  Great effort by both teams.  Mount's O=line was awesome and the change up running calls to Mitchell were perfectly timed.  Great coaching and play calling.
Was the St Thomas running back banged up?  He took himself out at some peculiar times.  He was a great runner. Everything he was said to be.
Congrats to Vince Kehres, you could tell Dad was very proud.
Taurice Scott earned "great" in the playoffs.
Nemeth was just....Nemeth  awesome.

HScoach

Wow.  That should have been Nemeth!

So impressed by the Mount team speed. At a whole different level. Looks like some adjustments were made mid way through the 2nd quarter and they found a way to create more space for their playmakers. They exposed the tommies up the middle where they are a little slower at inside lb and safety.

Very proud of this UST team and the excellent season. Knit the way you want it to end, but they have a lot to be proud of. Congrats to the younger Kehres on his first Stag as Head Coach and an incredible team.

Raider 68

Congrats the Raiders, coaches and fans for the 12 title and especially the seniors. HSCoach was correct, it was that close in
the second half. Well Done Raiders!!!! :)

Wow.  That should have been Nemeth!

What should have been? Was Scott awarded MOP? Must have missed something while switching audio streams

HS Coach knows approximately a million times more about football than I do, but if I couldn't split the MVP vote between Scott and Nemeth, I would have chosen Scott.

(Absolutely would have split the vote if I could.)

Finally I can relax.  Im so happy. Great job. Great D.. TAURICE  really answered the call and Logan has been ridiculous the last few week. Kmic jr....

joelmama

I thought the D played very well in this one.  Almost as well as last week which to me was near perfect.  The offense starting in the 2nd quarter today was flawless.  They didn't give UST a chance to get back in it once we got ahead 28-21.  Just precision and the play calling was great, they found a few plays that couldn't be stopped and ran them until they scored.

I agree.  Either could've won, but I would've given it to Scott for the two touchdown passes to tie the score at 14 and his passing into the wind in the 3rd quarter.  And he's from Alliance.

What a team on both sides of the ball. There have been some special teams over the years, but the teams they put away the past few weeks were ridiculously talented. So happy for the seniors to go out on top. Such a great season!
