"Oh, I am heartily tired of hearing about what Lee is going to do.  Some of you always seem to think he is suddenly going to turn a double somersault, and land in our rear and both of our flanks at the same time.  Go back to your command, and try to think what we are going to do ourselves, instead of what Lee is going to do."  (Grant)

Onward, Christian soldiers!

Or something.

Um, might not be quite the quote you want.  UMHB is the CRUSADERS! ;D

Okay, how's this for de RAIDERS?

"Just win, baby."

Yeah, if you're playing against the Crusaders, I think Al Davis is safer than "Onward, Christian Soldiers"! 8-)

Well shake your head a bit and maybe a better picture will come up, ala Etcha Sketch.
What's w you Mounties. I hate Mt when UWW is playing you, but in a weird sort of way, I pull for you when down.  You are freaking Mt. - come on man. The game isn't just jimmys and joes. Mt has athletes. UMHB has athletes. Most of the teams they play don't have the athletes Mt has and none of them have the playoff pedigree- not even Linfield.
Look, I may end up looking like a fool during/after tomorrow's game, but I'll stick to my basics. Pedigree matters. Athletes matter. Coaching matters. UMHB has a lot of it, Mt has it in spades.
Plug into the positive morphogenic field (no idea what it means).

Do you know when people are staring at you?

Saintsfan,

I am not sure why my comment  about travel needed to be taken with a "grain of salt."

I was just telling someone who asked about team  travel what I knew.

From my personal experience, the teams travel directly on charter flights, not commercial.

Never underestimate the stimulation of eccentricity.

Maybe Houston should have hired Houston instead of Applewhite.

I didn't even know who it was in the top pic. Never seen him without the  8-)

For my Raiders:

"Out of every one hundred men, ten shouldn't even be there, eighty are just targets, nine are the real fighters, and we are lucky to have them, for they make the battle. Ah, but the one, one is a warrior, and he will bring the others back." - (typically attributed to Heraclitus).

So young Raiders who is the One? You are - you are ALL one, you are proud, you are warriors - you are Purple Raiders! Purple Raider nation goes with you!

I dont see much chance of UMU winning this game either. UMHB would have to lose it instead and I dont think that will happen. They have some pretty good highschool players in Texas. Maybe the coaches can stay a couple of days and look for that "pounder" we are so sorely missing. Best of luck to JCU.

GO RAIDERS.....BLUE STREAKS TOO!
