Not just a question of big and slow vs small and fast, but of technique and ability. Who fits in their system better?  Just my own observation.

That's basically my point.  The teams in the upper crust of the Division generally just overwhelm everybody else physically until we get to this stage of the tournament.  Physically, the playing field is much more even for both teams tomorrow than it has been all year.  That's part of what makes games like this so good.

I'm traveling in Belgium and it is difficult to get a good read on the game while traveling.  My prediction is Mount 42 UWO 24.

Could be the jet lag.

Forgot something. When the nurses give the old (30 year old) guys on UWO their pre-game meds, what's in them. Hopefully not, snicker, snicker, performance enhancing drugs. Just curious.

My sources say its Geritol and Metamucil

If you pay close enough attention, you'll see the buckets of Ensure on the sideline.

Gotcha! As always, your vision is better than mine. Hey, I'm old.

UWO can afford Ensure buckets?

Where do you think all that extra tuition from fifth-year seniors is going, Merle?

not to the UWO foundation...heyyo!

Interesting to see that nobody seems to think that UMHB will be challenged whatsoever.  If the team is buying into that hype it could be a battle.  If they are there and get a few breaks, anything is possible.  Give them heck, whomever is playing against UMHB tomorrow...

I believe that team is called the Brookcart State Silver Falcons.  Good team, I wish them well

Reading the predictions from the D3 staff, I think Pat's point is the best.  The offense has had some consistency issues, and that could be pivotal.  Also, i have to believe that JEM will cough up the ball and I hope it isn't turned into points.
One staffer said that the Mount D is not a great D. I beg to differ, it is a super defense and the fact that they gave up some garbage to Frostburg should not be a factor.

The difference could be the UWO QB.  He is obviously a difference maker.  I also hope that Mount can contain #4, he is very good.  I think Mount will go man on the receivers, put Berry on the UWO best guy, whomever that is, and assign a LB to the TE.

Don't take the halftime score seriously, both teams have shown the ability to adjust, but Mount has been superior at this over the years.

You have to favor UMHB, of course.  But against a decent team, a freshman quarterback is always vulnerable.

We landed Sunday so jet lag is no longer an issue. We are about half way home on on brewery tours of England and Belgium. We just finished 2 days and 4 good sour beers in Belgium. Now we are doing 4 Trappist breweries.

Oh sure, we're over here agonizing over tomorrow's game and you're over there drinking beer and having a swell time.

I do worry bout Berry on taller wr's tho. I don't know if uwo wr's are bigger or not, although that little 5-6 wr from case torched us.
