somewhat reminiscent of that wesley game when callahan played. i never felt the defense was ever going to stop those guys, so i was always pleasantly surprised when they did. i thought oshkosh went into protect-the-mode lead too early, getting away from what got them a 25-point lead, then couldn't get back in that rhythym when it needed to.

I gave them up for dead.  Amazing come back.  Wisconsin looked really tired in the fourth quarter.   Rolling into Salem.  Go Raiders!

Just wondering how many of you UMU fans booked a hotel/motel/Holiday Inn - Say What? in Salem, VA.

I did on October 23rd.  Not because of (great) overconfidence, but because this is the last year that The Stagg will be in Salem.  And if Mount Union is there, I want to be also.  The gorgeous wife hates the cold weather, but said she will go.

She reaffirmed today!

Unbelievable effort by Mount Union. Just some immediate thoughts post game:

The Oline came up big and enabled MU to run the ball when they needed to. The defense forced some critical turnovers and held UWO late in the game. When it was 35-10 the only thing that made me think Mount had a chance was the fact that Mounts Offense scored 70 last week. I also knew we needed some breaks and we got them, a couple of big turnovers and penalties.

Still some blown plays in the secondary, pretty consistent with how the D has looked all year. Fulford looked great, the Oline gave him plenty of time and he was able to pick apart the D. Hope his legal troubles don't follow him into next year because the poise and athletic ability he showed today makes me think he could be a Mount Union great over the next couple of years.

Two HUGE dropped interceptions on the last UWO drive could have ended the game... so glad it didn't change the result.

Awesome playcalling by Mount, they took what UWO gave to them. Drop 9 into coverage, we'll run the ball, leave the underneath routes open, throw 8 and 9 yard passes all day.

TRULY an epic moment in Mount Union football history, glad I kept watching even when it looked ugly.

Another quick observation, Mount dominated the TOP, which I think resulted in UWO's inability to stop them late. Sort of reminded me of what UWW did to Mount in 2013 and 2014 staggs

That gentleman is not LK.  The man is in the College Football Hall Of Fame and YOU CANNOT IDENTIFY HIM!  And you call yourselves professionals.  Sad, very sad.

It is borderline unbelievable. Would Coach Kehres's induction not be among the major story lines for the broadcast??  It almost makes me wonder if Coach pulled a fast one on them and told some ESPN lackey that the equipment manager was Larry Kehres as a joke. Does he have that kind of sense of humor? Otherwise, it's simply inexplicable.

Wish I could have bought a clue about the 'key' needed to watch the video. "Watched" via telephone to WRMU (agonizing) and the OAC board. I can't believe I'm the only one that doesn't have a key or where to find one before next Friday. Help?

Made our Salem reservations in week 7.  Had to cancel this week for health reasons.  We will dearly miss our Christmas vacation in Salem.  But we'll be there in heart and on TV.
