DesertRaider:  Did Frostburg's coach skip last week's postgame, or just the players?

Both skipped!

I am here to collect my lumps, I threw in the towel at 35-10 as Mrs. Broward had a long honeydo list and Christmas shopping to complete. What a comeback, aided in part by a massive bed crapping. I did catch last 5 minutes, unreal. Curious how many records this set, for Mount, playoff otherwise as far as comeback. Great win and good luck Friday gang, I hope they come out firing.

When Mentkowski was tearing up Mount in the first half, was anybody else having flashbacks to that big, tall wide receiver Whitewater  had several years ago?  (I forget his name but the pros might have given him a brief look-see.)

All I remember from UWWW was their twin tower, ridiculously fast - 6'5 and 6'4 TEs. Don't recall the names and I don't want to.

Actually, it was good karma.

You did what the lovely Mrs. needed to have done and matrimony gods looked favorably on you.

They granted your secret wish.

Major props to UMU Oline for their run and pass blocking. Even when Fulford was hurried, he did some of that to himself. Ruth and Hill stepped up like I expected, but Herrington has been clutch! Lastly, Dline and DBs stepped up in second half! Vidal, Berry and Mccomb (btw the Dline will still be okay next year) got pressure and Crenshaw, Berry, and O'Hara covered passing lanes. Lots of players stepped up in a way they haven't had to all year. Congrats Raiders!

Let us not forget...D'Angelo went to Jared's! ;D

Just watched 2nd half. Wow. W can give props to Fulford, Oline, RBs, Hill, Ruth and Herrington - they deserve it. We can give kudos to Dline, LBs and DBs for stepping up in 2nd half (but not to Mitch O'Hara who could have sealed it with a pick 6!!! Kidding young buck) - because they earned it. BUT - the big applause goes to.....Coach Kappas. Down 35-10 - conventional wisdom says throw, throw deep, throw often. But he stayed with the mix and didn't vacate the run. UWW went away from the run down 15-6 at Mount in the '15 semis, and they still had 2 1/2 quarters to play. 35-10, 3rd qtr, 9:42 on the clock...and he stuck to his guns.

On another note....2 point conversions =  :( :(

Ah ... I love the OAC Playoff Pick-Em Interview Week, where I let you playas make spread to help me choose my eventual successor.

Leading with 14 bonus points was Conventional Wisdom meaning you are all brilliant as a whole.  Of the humans, BergAlum, FCGrizzliesGrad and firstdown were next with 13 each.  And all those players picked Oshkosh and UMHB with the spread, for a total of 21.

Overall, joelmama is still in the lead, but it isn't lonely at the top.  With side-bets, 25 points will be up for grabs next week, so nearly everyone is still in it.

Spread and side-bets will come out Monday night.
Never underestimate the stimulation of eccentricity.

That's simply not true. In the second half, during the time period the Raiders expanded their lead from 15-6 to 36-6, Whitewater ran 8 pass plays and 10 running plays.
