Congratulations to the Purple Raiders advancement to the Stagg Bowl.  Incredible comeback.  From a historical perspective, it seems only fitting that Mount Union appears in the last Stagg Bowl (at least for now) in Salem.  Of course from a historical perspective you should be playing someone else...

But in spite of the doomsayers, we are closer than people think. We'll be seeing you down the road.

True but no ones heard from Rowan in years  . It would be nice to have one last Mount / UWW final in Salem. Maybe we can meet in Texas or Canton...or both!

Let me restate the question: what has been the greatest deficit overcome to WIN a PLAYOFF game?
Could be tough to track down but I'm so damn nervous about the Stagg Bowl that I need a diversion.
Doesn't get any better than #1 playing #2. Two great teams, two great programs. Oh boy!

Why are you so nervous? Mt has a better offense than it had last year and it took a fake punt to beat you. MUC, be excited about this game as it's Mt's opportunity to put the program on display for the nation. Mt came from 25 down, which required both sides of the ball and the coaching staff to rise to championship level execution. You can't do what you're not capable of doing.

Anyone who doesn't seriously respect the opponent this week should go back and re-watch each of the 3 previous meetings against MHB.   The last Stagg in Salem should be every bit the battle that the first one was.

I say I'm nervous and I get jumped all over. Not to worry, I pick Mount by 10. I get nervous when we play Wilmington. It was a bit of an overstatement. Relax guys, I have always had confidence in the Raiders. It seemed like something to say while asking about my question.
If you can't see my excitement in my post, perhaps I didn't do a good job.
I said in September, after watching the first game, this is Mount's year. That belief was strengthened as the year went on. Never fear, emma17, I' not that nervous.
Mount Union by 10 points. I seldom try to pick a score, just the differential.
