Congrats to the DIII 2017 National Champions Purple Raiders. Your program worked, desired and earned the title. I will never say that I will never have anything but the deepest respect for the coach, the staff and the players.

Lets all heal up, recruit and train and maybe we will see each other again in 2018.

For the sake of the rest of D3, I hope there was some sort of magic about Salem. Now that UMU has won 52% of all the titles ever played there, maybe there can be some sharing in other locations?!

Cru defense was as advertised, but we seemed to get into the head of the QB and their offense appeared lost in the second half. Amazing Mount defense this day.
Perhaps the greatest Mount defensive performance in Stagg history. Would like opinions on this..

The MHB QB looked like what I would look like in that situation. Scared out of my mind, running (very small distances) for my life.
