Hey Pat Coleman...I'm not Fulford's lawyer. The Court Docket reflect that Max Haupt is his lawyer. That was a really stupid comment.
Cheap shot, Pat. That the best you can do? Take a cheap shot?

Jeff -- the statement UMU issued included your name and Max's name as contacts. If that wasn't true, you should have asked them to strike your name.

And to be fair the Alliance Review also had Jeff as the attorney. Hell it was even discussed on the board that Jeff was his attorney (and not by Pat) and according to every FRIGGIN' jack wagon working at the Mount physical plant and MOST of the fans at the pre-game W&L brunch "now he has Jeff as his attorney - he'll set em straight". In other words Lighten up Francis. Pat isn't the one to stir it up - that's for the rest of us.

As I am re-reading the articles I see a quote from Jakmides commenting on the case, but it actually appears to be as an outside "law expert opinion." Not seeing anything directly listing him as attorney but could see how that would easily be mistaken. Or maybe something that I am not finding that directly referenced that.

OK, not having seen the foul on the blocked punt I'll have to agree with all the fans on this board who push Mount over the goal line.
Question then: did that not negate a Wilkerson return for a TD?
I had to listen to P & K on my cell phone.

The replay of the entire game, including the punt penalty, is on ESPN3.

Micro bs? Is that a UWW course?
If so, I should teach it.

Come on Bleed. Talking about micro bs is exactly what keeps the season and championship game alive. We can't just talk about "this great play and that great play", the board would die of boredom.

And in case you're referring to my stance on the TD catch, I'd hardly call the most important and impactful play of the game as micro bs.
Definitely running into the kicker.
Definitely a block in the back on first play or so of third quarter that sprung MHB outside.
Most likely a fumble.

Absolutely not a ball that could have been intercepted.
Although I concede you should teach the micro bs class, I was not referring to your post in this particular case. But you did demonstrate your proficiency in the discipline when shutting Kelly the CRU fan down. I think he knew if he posted again you might well question his definition of "is".

Thank-you, ed de.
If I had ESPN I would have watched the game.
No U. No 3.
I suppose for an unanswerable question I can bug someone to rewatch the game.
I had to cheerlead to get friends in Florida, California and Oregon to watch Friday. They all left because they were bored.
I tried to tell them, "Ah come on, at least it's not an UMU- WW game!" Didn't work.

Pat...you really don't want to piss off the preimenent defense attorney in Stark County.

This might be the funniest threat in the history of threats.  Oooh...the preeminent (fixed that for you) defense attorney in mighty, mighty, Stark County.  Better watch out, Pat.  Next time you're coming through Alliance and you get a parking ticket, the preeminent defense attorney in Stark County won't come to your aid.

Although, I'd wager to guess that if Pat had a court ordered appearance...he'd show up for it.

as a Mount man, I think that I am cool with Fulford, Hill and Petro for two more years.  If Fulford has a chip on his shoulder in '18.....look out D3

I also like that they can potentially slide Klaus over and have Daniel/Klaus for two more years on the left side of the OL too.  The offense is stacked especially if Ruth comes back.

It's a good thing that Pat has mellowed over the years. Jeff Jakmides might be the "preimenent" [sic] defense attorney in Stark County, Ohio, but this is still Pat's website. Back in the day I saw him banish posters to the outer darkness for less than what I saw on this board yesterday.

I'd like to see Daniel move inside.  Heck of a lineman, but I don't know if he has the feet to protect the blindside. I think you'll see one of Daniel and Sherman inside and one at RT

LT - ? LG - Daniel C- Presutti RG - Klaus RT - Sherman

I'm intrigued that they listed Howell as both OL (#74) and DL (#99) on the last game notes.  6-6 290lbs and a basketball player, sure sounds like an athletic LT to me.

Just stop, Pat doesn't come to Alliance.  There are WIAC games to swoon over.
