So "west of the Mississippi" is defined as the Pacific Coast?  Reminds me of a conversation I had with my Texas cousin and her husband.  She said Dallas was a much nicer place before "all these damn Yankees started moving here."  I asked her definition of a "Yankee", and her husband replied, "Anyone from north of the Red River."

I traveled to the South for many years on business and I was informed there are two kinds of Yankees!

There is a Damn Yankee who is someone from the North who comes to the South for a visit and then goes home.

Then there is a God Damn Yankee who is someone from the North who comes to the South and decides to stay!

Our company provided the reps with company cars and they were all titled in Ohio. The Florida rep begged the company to get him a car in Florida because he was treated so badly by the Floridians because they thought he was a snow bird! He was a native Floridian

I thought by now you would have learned to search the internet, but since you need help try the stories on WHBC ,Fox News ,WFMJ, The Canton Repository, and The Alliance Review for starters. Then keep looking and you will see this young, innocent man being broadsided with what turned out to be bogus allegations. There were many others, all in the Sept. 30 to Oct 3, 2018 time frame. Fanfare and glee at the expense of an innocent "former Mount Union Football player."  Look them up Wally, and reflect on the fact they were reporting about cases that never should have been filed.

I'm not sure why I have to spend my time verifying your inflammatory claims. Burden of proof is on you, sir.  Still waiting for those media reports filled with fanfare and glee about alleged sexual assaults.  Do you have receipts or not? 

Are you insisting that any reporting on that story was inappropriate?  Reporting that charges have been filed and cases have been brought is not scurrilous or unfair.  That's just reporting.

I'm doing some digging and WKBN is pretty straightforward: charged with three counts, records allege, etc.

WFMJ has basically the exact same story from the AP. Same with Fox.

Can't find anything on WHBC or Canton Repository, but I'd love to see the evidence of these hit pieces.

I was skimming Mount-related tweets last night.  It completely slipped my mind that Jared Ruth was going to be back in 2018.  Man, they're going to be loaded offensively.  Hill and Ruth on the outside are going to be lethal.  Herrington should step into the Friss role nicely.  JEM and Petro toting the rock again.  The only real question mark is the back up QB spot.  Considering (as far as I know) Fulford's legal stuff is still working its way through the system and JCU is early in the schedule the back up QB may actually be an important piece in 2018.

I only hope JEM will quit dancing and get up field.  The playoffs featured fast teams that would not let him juke and get outside like the earlier opponents.  Once he met with equal speed and an inability to beat people outside, he became, IMO, average with no evidence that he "got it".
If you watch the playoff game tapes, you will see what I mean.

Just ordered "Kickoff" and I hope all D3 fans will do so as well,  Further, I hope you will "kick in" the extra 3 bucks to support this great team at D3football.  They provide the best service for us and we should show our appreciation.

Totally agree. BJ learned which opponents that he could dance for more yards and which ones he needed to put his foot down and get up field. If JEM doesn't get it quickly, I'd prefer leaning on Petro, especially with JCU early. After that week, you can sort out number 2&3 on the depth chart.

As for number 2, I think the 2 coming back (sophomores to be) would be very solid. Can't said good or great because they haven't played meaningful snaps. There will be a couple of freshman with talent, but will need to pick up the playbook.

Lastly, everyone here better support D3 kickoff. Spend the $12 to support the major site giving us all of our D3 football wants and needs. The only thing I wish they would change is the round up option... Give more options! I'd be willing to give more than $3 extra to the site that I rely on from August until December! love what you guys do.
