Because I am bored and have no life (as previously mentioned), I was checking on the JCbrU kids. Question: what does "PC FOP CONSIDERATION notice sent" mean? I see it on Moeglin and Disbrow. All it says other than that is that A) they showed up (a super good move on their part), B) No warrants (another double plus good for them) and C) FOP ELIGIBILITY set for Sept 26 at 10AM.

I know the one kid tried to use his "get out of jail free card" and the arresting officer handed it back. Is that what the FOP stuff on here is? Because his dad's a cop?

FOP=First Offender Program

If I am reading the docket correctly, this case was referred for eligibility for a First Offender Program (the "diversion"-type programs discussed above) on September 12 during his initial arraignment.  The hearing to consider their eligibility for the FOP will be September 26 (hopefully before or after practice).  The Notice sent on September 12 was sent to the kids so they would be aware that their eligibility for inclusion in the FOP would be considered at a hearing on September 26.

Here is the docket for Moeglin:

No talk on the boards about the big game Saturday. No interest or no time?
Mount needs to correct a few things but I like their chances. Playing at home always helps (forget 2016). We'll have our usual home fans, our marching band, Hall of Fame Day and Mount Union Stadium. Go Raiders! ☠🏈

I think JCU's defense will be a great test to see where Mount is at offensively.  The Streaks have 15 sacks in 2 games.  Their D line is going to be a handful for the O line to be sure.  I just question if JCU has the explosiveness offensively this year.  Kukura is a good back, but not the home run threat Golphin was.  And at WR it doesn't look like they have a Howell type yet.  Their pass catchers are big kids though so that'll be interesting to see how they do.

Thanks. As always, you're right on top of the situation. May your comments will elicit some response from some of the others. ☠🏈

I'm nervous. We always seem to get better at the season progresses, so I would prefer this to be a week 10 or 11 game. But we'll see

Kukura concerns me. He is a bruising runner like a Nemeth. The key for Mount D is contain on pass rush and pressure. They sometimes press up field to far and leave gaps . Did it against BW alot.

The offense has the weapons no doubt. But oline has to give time. I expect quick shorter routes early. Mount also needs to establish the run game.

Meant to ask you. Since bluestreak66 is supposedly your brother, what relationship is "onward on, John Carroll"? Another brother, maybe? Or, how about a cousin? Are all you guys from JCU related? Just curious. ☠🏈

We are not related... I don't believe so at least.. lol

But it only seems like we are all related because we're Catholics!

I'm surprised there hasn't been more talk about the OAC game of the week, Heidelberg vs. BW.  ;) ;D

I agree that JCU  does get better as the season progresses, but the schedule is what it is this year. My take is the Raiders
have an advantage because of location, the passing game is well along for only two games. The Oline and running game
will get stronger as the season progresses. JCU needs to keep it close in the 1st half, if not then it could be a longer
day. With 15 sacks, JCU brings the rush, look for Mount to counter with short screens and quick outs with quick
hit runs to keep the defense honest. Neither team can afford turnovers.  Both defenses will be very aggressive.

Unlike BW, there is great respect for JCU and vice versa, so I expect a hard hitting, but clean game. :)

Always an exciting matchup but I'm definitely curious to see how Mounts online handles the challenge of JCU's dline.

Yes! Lets talk about Princes vs. Potties! I wonder if B-dubs is going to start the game off with a team wide personal foul again
