It's going to be ugly.  The only thing I can see keeping the spread close is that Ott is so bad offensively that the starters may come out a bit earlier than other games because there is no risk of Ott staging any type of comeback.  It will be a victory for Ott if they get in the red zone.  They can't pass and their best runner appears to be the QB.  Neither is a good thing for moving the ball against a good D.  And after Mount's offensive woes last week I'd imagine they had a focused week of practice and will be looking to come out fast.

I think I saw the top Olineman scored out at 82% and I don't recall seeing an offensive player of the week. Got a feeling the offense comes in a tad motivated. I saw the spread at 42.5 and wondered if that was for the first quarter. I mean Ott isn't scoring, and Mount isn't getting stopped. IMHO.

Mount went with wildcat formation for a series using Ernie Burkes who scores a rushing touchdown with Burkes running 5 times for 29 yards.

Burkes played at Mount Union two years ago then transferred to Westminster and played baseball and now is back at Mount Union.

I love the stones on Waddle to go for the win.  Huge move when it works.  4-0 and a big win over ONU heading to Berg next week.  With Wilm up after that they have a chance to start 6-0.  Waddle has a shot to get them to 7-3 this year.  With Wilm and Ott left you'd have to think 6-4 at worst now.  May be back to back COY awards for Waddle.

Alright Mom, what did you know about the game today that we didn't!? Looks like UMU staff wants to keep the offensive package from last year in their pocket. Nice note that Burkes was a backup QB at one point, do the threat to throw will always be there.

At this point, win, stay healthy, and see what guys could be contributors come playoff time. I was glad to see Britt back at WR (he was on defense to start year) with Moxie and Ruth sidelined.

I just have to say... What has gotten into Trey Williams!? I want some of that! He's started this year right where he finished the Stagg Bowl. 4 sacks today!!!
