Tarnation!  We still have a shot!  (Not much but still.)

I'm reduced to rooting for a pass interference.

Congrats on the season...

That was another UMU UMHB game!

WRMUalum13

Well I figured this game would come down to #12, he just didn't make the plays he needed to tonight. Hope it motivates him for next year

Congrats to UMHB. They're a good team. A guy like TJ Josey and UMHB defensive backfield are difference makers.

They literally win in spite of him.

Yup!

As a Stark county guy you'll get this...it reminds me of when Spider Miller coached McK.

UMHB just had too many horses.  Excellent team.  Congrats to them.

Which might be just as well - if UMHB ever increases their stranglehold on D3 recruiting in talent-rich Texas, they might become the overlords of D3 that even UMU never imagined! :o

This day's been coming for several years and I guarantee you the Kehres' knew it.   Between the Texas high school high talent and Drayton McLane Jr.'s Taj Mahal, well - let's just say there's a reason Mount's been making a big recruiting push in Florida.

Exactly.   MHB = typical big urban HS.  Great athletes.  Little coaching.
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Statistics are like bikinis; what they reveal is interesting, what they hide is essential.

Congrats, MHB!  Fortunately you shined the year we had warts, but you earned every bit of this,  Congratulations,  Enjoy the NEXT YEAR!!!  Enjoy It !!!
Never underestimate the stimulation of eccentricity.

Brutal for Fulford at the end.  Hope he's fully healed for next year.

One YUUUGE difference in the game:  Hammack had to scramble when Mount brought six; Fulford had to scramble when UMHB brought four.

Congrats to UMHB! Was a hard fought game and fun to watch. #10 in yellow was the best player on the field by far.

Lots of changes coming in Alliance. Will be curious to see what this team looks like come August. One thing is for sure, the elite teams at the top are getting even better every year.

Mount will be fine.  Lose a couple studs on D but they return basically the entire 2 deep on both lines plus Williams and O'Hara will be studs at LB.  Need to replace Lou and the WRs.

The only two plays I do not understand (only got to listen to the game) are the 50+ yard FG considering the wind conditions and the pass on 3rd and 4 late. Why not see what you can get out of a rush? Even just 2 yards sets up a 4th and 2.

Either way, GG, UMHB. Ugh! And now I have to spend the entire weekend with my in-laws in post-loss funk.

For sure they will be fine. Things will just look different is all I'm saying.
